Still waiting on the gym to open it’s been 6 months since I signed up. Instead of giving us false hope just give us an honest Date! I know I’m not being charged at the moment but still, it’s unprofessional! I feel sorry for the people who cancel the membership somewhere else thinking the gym was gonna be open in time. I have no doubts the gym will be amazing but Watch they don’t open until August.

Normally I’d be a little more patient and actually write a review once the gym was open, however, I just can’t hold my tongue anymore.I signed up for EOS because I’ve used the ones on the West Coast when I travel and I absolutely LOVE the gym and concept.I’m highly disappointed because I’ve been putting off joining any other gym because when I signed up they said it was going to open relatively soon. There’s been no communication whatsoever to future members that have signed up already that they keep pushing back the open date now to mid June.I was patient for months in hopes I’d be able to use this gym at least a little before summer started.Nope.It would have been nice to have some form of communication sent out to us instead of us having to call to see when it’s finally opening.I wouldn’t have waited and signed up in the first place and just signed up somewhere else instead.Super disappointed

This gym has yet to open. Months have passed and here we are in July still no gym. I signed up back in March with hopes that I would have a new gym home but I was incorrect. Communication has been terrible with the employees so far. One day it's this and the next day it's something different. Let's not mention that as a member I have had to call EOS Fitness multiple times to get info on when this gym will be opening. No one ever has a definite answer. I found a new gym home and I could not be more happier we as customers have waited too long for the gym to still not be open. They said they will be open by Mid-July and I doubt that will happen.

Out purely for your money tactics masked beneath a pretty facility. Will make promises that don’t hold up to the fine print, then throw the fine print in your face without a care for what was said or told in person. Will take hundreds of dollars out of your bank account for seemingly random processing fees that supposedly are laid out in the fine print, won’t refund a dime, will try to get $100+ out of you upfront if you decide you want to switch to a cheaper membership, need I go on? Slimiest run business I’ve ever given money to, regret it fully and have friends with the same experience. Now I’m down $270 in one month time and have since canceled my membership without a single refund. And if you ask questions about billing they only act nastier. Save your money, go elsewhere, or within one month you’ll find yourself down hundreds for fees “you signed up for.”

This gym is very impressive . Everyone is super helpful. The GM that sold me my membership really took the time to understand what I want to accomplish in the gym. He made sure I got the right membership to meet my needs. I also felt at ease leaving my kids to play at the day care.

Sometime in May 2022, I signed up to be a member of EOS Gym in Coral Springs, FL.The gym opened up on July 26, 2022, when I went to the gym for the first time. After a few visits, I decided that it was unsafe for me to go to this gym due to health concerns about Covid..The gym has a large number of members, few of whom wear masks. The gym did not enforce the policy of wiping down machines after use and, in fact, a number of paper towel dispensers were empty during my visits. On August 23, I went to the gym and told Jason at the counter that I wanted to cancel my membership effective immediately. On my credit card statement, I observed a charge of the transaction date of August 26 for $64.18 from ABC*EOS Fitness.I called the gym and spoke to Jason and then the operation manager, Haley.I was advised that this charge was the yearly membership fee [note, their promotional material says the yearly membership fee is $49.00.]I told Haley that no one ever advised me that there was a yearly membership fee and she said that was in the documents that I signed when I joined the gym.I was not provided copies of these documents, but I do not dispute the fact that I signed a document telling me about the charge.Nevertheless, as I was a member for less than a month, I told Haley that I did not feel it was justified that I pay a yearly membership fee.At the very most, I would pay a pro-rata amount for the month I was a member.Haley refused and said the full amount was due.As stated above, I resigned for health reasons, and I feel that this is an illegitimate charge.

Update (8/5/22): well deserved increase from previous two-star rating. The gym is beautiful and although very busy I'm always able to find a machine for my intended workout focus. The only reason I didn't give five stars on the updated review is because the lead up to the opening was underwhelming and the sauna just doesn't get hot enough. Hopefully they address some minor launch challenges. I started on Friday last week and haven't been back to LA Fitness since.Original: Thank goodness I didn't drop my LA Fitness membership. Joined in March with a stated gym opening of mid-April. The continued delays and ambiguous communication is getting worse and worse. This place better be immaculate upon opening. If not, I fully intend to exercise my 30 day opt out clause and get my money back as promised before I'm hit with an annual fee.

This gym is great and specifically 2 employees have continuously given me the best experience over the 4 days the gym has been open, Diego and Haley. Diego is super kind and helpful and personally helped my friend set up her membership and answered all her questions within a quick 5 minutes so that we could get into the gym to workout. Him and Haley both greet me every time I see them and it’s like I’m being welcomed home by family! Great team.

Stay clear of this gym unless you want a rip off just for esthetics of new construction, because that is all it has going for it! I could not be more disappointed in this gym! They are charging me more than what I was lead on to believe was the monthly payments. They also said if you signed up pre-opening, during the first week of January promotion, they would wave the annual fee. More lies, since they charged both my husband and I for the annual fee and refuse to refund our money. They also were supposed to open in March and ended up opening at the end of July. My husband and I kept holding off attending another gym because every time we contacted EOS they said they were going to open soon.I am a swimmer and one of the reasons why I joined the gym in the first place was to use their pool, which is still not open as of October 2022. The gym is also way over crowded. I have been at all times a day and you still have to wait for machines, especially resistance equipment. On top of that, every time we have brought our child to use the kids club it has been closed, even though we bring her during the advertised hours. We were never notified of the closure, not by app, email, text/call. So we showed up and had to go right back home and rearrange our whole day and even pay our own childcare to maintain our gym schedule. So I have been paying for 4 months now to not even be able to use the amenities I signed up for. They don't care, they just want to take your money. In addition, they have been charging me for personal training sessions that I was never aware that I signed up for, but are refusing to refund me. Between my husband and I we have $400 of charges in 4 months!! It is insane! We can buy our own multi-use equipment for that cost. They lost our business and several of our friends that have had the same experience.

Little disappointed at this whole situation. Signed up months ago because they told me the price would go up pretty much every week. Now the gym is open and they’re still charging people $10 so that was pretty much a waste of time. $10 prices bring $10 people. It’s now been open for 4.5 days and every-time I go in, half of the gyms paper towel machines are empty so i have to walk halfway across the gym to clean equipment like they ask but most people don’t. Two of the machines are already destroyed because people don’t know or haven’t been taught how to use them properly. Started with 4 pvc pipes near the turf and was only able to find one all the way outside because people can’t put things back properly. Young kids slamming weight and recording like they’re cool. I get that it’s a new gym and people are excited but if this is what I’m seeing after only 4 days it’s not looking good.
