I have called multiple times to cancel my trainer and the "manager ", a person that cannot help or identify themselves cannot help. I have called when I try to cancel 5 times, and all of them are working on it. They still charging me for a service that I requested to be canceled because I MOVED OUT OF TOWN and the only way to cancel is to visit the gym. Like I told the "Personal Trainer Manager " ( no name by the way) for any news I get an email, but for important stuff, they cannot send an email or do it by phone. Worst customer service ever. They only care about selling and making money. And to be honest, that is what the trainer I got used to say. They only care about making money.

I left Athletica because it was ALWAYS overly crowded at all times of the day everyday, and it was always filthy and smelly. I came to EOS and loved it, but now it has turned into what Athletica used to be. The machines are amazing, but it’s absolutely difficult to find an available equipment and which makes it hard to get a really good workout in. Parking is a nightmare here too. I also wish the lighting was a little better too. Unfortunately, the reviews won’t make a difference until a new gym opens up and everyone leaves and infiltrates the new gym.

I like the gym, love the equipment but there is no gym etiquette, parking is limited due to the gym ALWAYS being crowded! If you are like me with anxiety issues with crowds this is not the gym for you! I joined thinking I would go during downtime but there is literally NEVER any downtime, I tried to go morning, noon, night and in the wee hours, still overly crowded and for that reason I’d rather take my business elsewhere! It seems as if this gym is for influencers only because the amount of people standing around making videos and taking photos is really excessive!

I signed up before they opened, they open late and then when it did open the pool was still closed for quite some time. They allow way too many people in there that just hang out, walking around in their crocs and slides that they claim they don't allow into the gym. If you go in the afternoon it's impossible to get on any of their equipment. You have to stay there and watch people sit on the equipment taking pictures of each other. It doesn't get cleaned as regular as it should and there's always stuff laying around. This would be a 2 star but they have one guy there that really puts a lot of effort in, Jack. You can tell when he's not working because the place isn't as clean and things are not filled. That guy is a hard worker and it shows, too bad the rest of the staff isn't like that. They are too busy hanging out with each other. This gym has potential to be really good but.....

They keep billing you even after canceling/pausing the personal training session. First of all, it's difficult to get them on call, then they make excuses that the fitness manager is not available. I emailed the manager, no response. Then went to gym multiple times to get my personal training session paused. They confirmed that it's paused, but again they kept charging me. Very bad behavior from EOS, they don't respect their customers and it's a big question on their ethics, integrity and practice. Please stay away from them, don't just fall prey of their low membership price, they are immoral people.

I canceled my membership before they opened because it took them longer than expected. They were supposed to open in May 2022. In August I got a membership fee charged on my credit card. I called the company and they said I should not get charged again and to get the refund I needed to go physically in the gym and let the manager know. I did that too. I was not issued a refund instead they just charged me again monthly membership. I have never seen the inside of the gym, but they already charged up to $102.69 on my credit card. I work 80 hrs a week so physically going to the gym and reminding them it was canceled is out of my way. I will have to, unfortunately, unfortunately do it again to hopefully get some of the refunds back. A company that is that desperate to keep the money even if I have never used their services and I had canceled my membership is not honorable in my opinion. I would have signed up with them next year once my other membership was used at the other gym. But this has changed my mind.*** I had to dispute all charges and they did refund everything after about five months.

Overall the gym itself isn’t too bad. The gym is well equipped and has decent AC and a lot of different options to choose from. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, and for the amount of equipment here the $10 a month fee is a decent deal.The problem is that other gym members don’t know how to put weights back in the proper place, or wipe down after themselves when they leave a snail trail on seats. It’s also ridiculously busy even at 5 AM. Good luck trying to get in more than 3 lifts without having to wait for machines multiple times a session.

Overall I really don’t like this gym and the people at the front desk is not very helpful. There is a lot of miscommunication and everyone is not on the same page. This gym needs to do better on hiring individuals and making sure they are monitoring the employees to see if they are doing their jobs.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because a lot of teenagers go there. They hang out like they're at the mall.

When I signed up I had high hopes to get back into the gym. I bought a gym membership and also signed up for a personal trainer. The only good thing about this gym was my awesome trainer Mame! The billing department is the WORST! My training session ended and I was still be charged. I reached out to the gym and spoke with Drew ( He handles billing). I had to call over and over to try to get ahold of Drew. He never returns calls. He informed me that a refund would be given. The 1st refund was issued and then another charge was done right after the refund. I again reached out to Drew to get another refund. He told me my account was cleared and was taken care of. It was never taken care of! I've tried to reach out again and cant get thru to speak with Drew. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to help me. Take your money somewhere else!
