I give it a 3 cause it gets way too packed but they have decent equipment they have both indoor and outdoor area for functional training which is nice and lots of squat racks

You can’t beat this club. For $20 give or take they have all new equipment, Saunas and a Movie Theatre you can do cardio in.

BE AWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!! 😡😡😡😡I got the family plan and we explicitly asked the rep about only paying for the activation fee and monthly payments NO hidden fees and he answered NOOOO hidden fees of course that was not the case and in top of that their website has it as .09c activation fee for enrolling in the blue plan as a family and we were charged $50 activation fee and 30 days after enrolling $50 PER PERSON annual fee in a so called “family plan” which we were not told at the time that so in a month you have to come up with $300 for a gym and yes if you read the small letters it shows so in other words READ carefully and don’t go by what the Reps tell you, lesson learned in a very expensive and DISHONEST way!!

My husband is looking for a good gym and we have been touring a few for him in our area. We went to EOS (this WAS his top chocie) and was greeted after my husband had to say something to the guy at the counter first. Then the guy said he would get someone to give us the tour. So we waited, waited, and waited. The guy comes back to the front does not say a word to us or the update or who will be doing what. Then he proceeds to face away from the door/us and pretends to be folding towels. I get being socially awkward but maybe not put that person as your front desk.Needless to say we walked out and he nor the other guy near him said a word.Sad.

**Overcrowded, filthy and careless**Not a good gym and nobody that works there care. It is not clean, group classes are not good except for only 2 instructors maybe but hard to get the reservation for them, the machine area is always pack with kids that are on their phones or with their group. The equipments are always out of order, and no space to bodyweight workout.Very sad for a 1 years old gym.

Was on vacation, not my usual Eos..Not impressed at all with this one in Coral Springs !!Very dirty, gum on the floor at reception desk that I stepped on...reported it to guy at desk..he said they have a spray cleaner for that... Did my routine... Gum was never cleaned up by the time I left, nothing was covered over the gum to protect the members shoes..not any yellow safety cone was used either... Staff member uncaring and didn't follow up on getting it taken care of in two hours I was there. Not acceptable!!!!

Gym is okay.Absolutely NONE of the members re-rack their weights and it does not seem like the employees care too much about it either because I have NEVER seen any of them rack the weights. I have witnessed their PTs use the equipment and not return the weights, & not to mention the fact that their outside area is always dirty.

I got a gym membership here 4 months ago and at first my experience was good/okay. Their membership is cheap enough to have it insanely crowded in busy hours after 5 PM which is normal for any gym. That is out of their control. What is in their control is to keep the paper towels stocked to be able to clean the equipment considering they have at least a couple hundred people in the gym at any given time, you can’t afford to have people stocking the paper towel and toilet paper daily? Really disappointing. The firsr couple times I thought it was just a one off situation but I’m here in the gym at 6:32 pm writing this review because of how annoying it is to not have one paper towel dispenser work in the whole gym. I walked up to the front to say something and lo and behold, only one employee working the front when there was at least 8+ people waiting to check in because of how unorganized this gym is. I feel bad for the employee because it’s not their fault they don’t have the resources to keep this place running efficiently.

Diego at the front desk, is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped into the gym, his friendly and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease. He possesses an impressive knowledge of fitness routines and equipment, always offering helpful tips and guidance to improve my workouts. Diego's dedication to ensuring a clean and safe environment is commendable, as he diligently sanitizes equipment and maintains order throughout the facility. With his positive attitude and genuine interest in clients' progress, Diego undoubtedly enhances the gym experience for everyone.

It used to be a decent place to get a great workout in but it’s slowly become terrible. My issue today was I tried using my tripod to record some of my workout, the tripod was placed so it wouldn’t be in anybody’s way. I was told I had to put it away because tripods weren’t allowed as it was a liability if someone trips on it. I somewhat understand that, but it doesn’t make sense to me how that is a liability but having >75% of the weights either in the wrong place or on the ground isn’t a liability. The new manager stated they are trying to enforce that but they aren’t at all, they witness people and some of their own trainers leave weights in the wrong place or the ground or not clean any of their equipment. Those 2 things are far greater of a liability than a tripod that is at eye level and easily visible. If they were “trying” to enforce the rule about re racking and cleaning equipment, they would simply confront people every time, not only when they felt like it.It’s really pathetic, and logically doesn’t make any sense.
