This gym, I should say it is the best gym located at Coral Springs. Many new workout equipment and clean. Don’t get me wrong, I do like working out at this gym. The reason I gave three stars, however; recently there are some broken equipment that have been out of service for more than three weeks. I asked the staff, but nobody knows when these equipment will be fixed. I hope the management team get them fixed ASAP.

Gym is beautiful. With that being said... they've sold too many $9 a month memberships so it's always packed, you have to literally wait for every single machine, and now they're even cutting back even more the kids club hours. The gym is getting worse rather than better. Athletica just remodeled and has kids club hours from 9am to 8pm.

Honestly a terribly managed gym with incredible equipment and a low price point that attracts young people who don't know how to act in a gym. The equipment is tremendous. I think I counted 6-8 squat racks but don't expect to actually use those unless you wait beside someone for the entirety of their workout. I wish they would open new gyms. No point in getting the premium membership because there's no other EOS gyms and you will barely be able to workout, so don't think about bringing a guest there to workout-they'll definitely be disappointed. Maybe things will change in the future but since the opening it's been rough.

EOS is nice when you go there the first few times. I typically come at 3 am, and whoever comes in at night leave this gym a mess. Weights everywhere, paper towels all over the floor, bottles and food crumbs everywhere, the bathrooms are always dirty. Toilet paper all over the floors. Unfortunately they have a cleaning crew that comes at a certain time so whatever gets dirty stays that way until they make it here to clean up. Good thing is there are so many other gyms less than a mile away from this location, in addition another gym opening up VERY soon down the street.

I had to write this review because I am very upset and concern at what happening at the Coral springs EOS location. I am a member at EOS and I take my son these 2 weeks ago I went to the front desk and I asked I need to bring my son with me as a companion they take his information and told me that with my plan he can come with me for free, we was at the Gym 3 day in a row no problem the 4 day they told me he can't come in and that I have to open a member ship for him I told them that is not what they told me, told them even the manager told me he can come with me for free after 4 days the manager told me that they make a mistake but if I want to bring my son, he have to open a member ship and be responsible for himself, I told them I don't get it my son is 13 years old he can't not be responsibility for himself they say for him to be under you he have to have 17 years, this is crazy never hear this before, please Mom be careful with your kids

Overall pretty decent gym and sufficient space depending on the time you go. I registered over the summer and was looking forward to the jacuzzi being open and it’s still not open; disappointing as was told it would have been open within weeks of enrollment.

I have been a member of this gym since September and even though there is room for improvement in the areas of parking and overcrowding, I am confident that these issues will be resolved soon with leadership such as Fitness Manager Drew. I had an incident with my account and despite him being extremely busy, he took ownership and committed to it being resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. All while being very pleasant and customer focused.

Gym is great, environment is great, overnight staff are amazing. The only issue is that people and/or afternoon staff fail to tidy the gym and keep it in pristine conditions.Training overnight becomes difficult due to the mess left in every area of the gym, which is also a safety hazard.The overnight staff has to work tirelessly to keep the gym clean for morning members but it seems they don't get the same treatment in return from their colleagues.

As all the other reviews, I signed up back in December! Canceled my other gym membership and had high hopes for this new gym. They keep pushing the dates it was supposed to open at the end of June is what they told me two weeks ago when I called since they don’t commute with you if you don’t call. Now just got of the phone with them and was told the employees would be moving into the gym location tomorrow and they still don’t have a foreseen opening date. Now we’re basically into month 7 of the year and no gym.

I subscribed a saturday due they promised the pool will be open next week. Three weeks passed and the pool never has been open. I requested a refund they agreed and said there hadno document to proof the refund but it will be available in 10 to 14 business days. A month had pass and there is no refund. They lie a lot so I gave my money away. I don't know what other actions I can take. DON'T ALLOW THEY LIED TO YOU! ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.
