Once I walked through the doors into the gym I was greeted by multiple employees. I realized since this is a new gym a lot of people would be there and the staff would be overwhelmed. On the contrary, to my surprise I was immediately helped by Diego and he helped me set up my 7 day pass. The customer service I was gifted with defiantly surpassed any other gym or training facility I have been too. This was all possible thanks to Diego and the whole Eos staff. I will be purchasing a membership in the soon future and if I could give a 6 star rating I would!

Liked the gym when they first opened, but over time it's gotten messier and messier. Members have no gym etiquette. Dumbbells, bars, and napkins all over the floor, on benches, etc. This gym is filled with teenagers all day that just crowd the machines. Not a good experience, I see employees working out, never at front desk, or cleaning the weights off the floor.

BEWARE ABOUT THIS GYM!!! After I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP THEY STILL CONTINUE TO CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD! SHAME ON YOU!Thank goodness I didn't drop my LA Fitness membership. Joined in March with a stated gym opening of mid-April. The continued delays and ambiguous communication is getting worse and worse.I cancelled my black card membership and they said they it's already cancelled and I ask for confirmation email about the cancellation and they said they are not giving any kind of confirmation or anything that your membership is cancelled then after a month they charged me for a monthly membership payment and then I called them about it and they said I need to talk to billing what a mess. And then I talk to the operations manager she cannot do anything about it. I'm very disappointed about this gym and how they treat thier members if there is something wrong their ability to handle customer service is zero I've never been to a situation like this before. You cannot get your money back that they charge after a month of cancellation they still continue to charge your credit card. I fully intend to exercise my 30 day opt out clause and get my money back as promised at the contract but this clause in your contract is a joke. They don't even acknowledged it and never get your money back.

By far one of the worst facilities to be in. Everything at first was great, I was welcomed in and felt it was a great gym to be apart of and workout at. Over the few weeks I was there, I wasn’t feeling it and I decided to cancel my membership. I was told day 1 I signed up, that I would be paying the month and the initiative fee and then the maintenance fee the month after. I said cool, no problem. I was told that if I canceled before my month is up, I would have the rest of the month to use and then I would not be billed again, only the maintenance fee. Comes to find out I was billed for the month and they didn’t even cancel my membership when I both called and went in person to do so. I was told “2-3 business days” to cancel my account. I called back they said it’s still being processed and now after I got billed I’m still on their system. And I was told by 3 staff members that I would not be billed and I would be canceled out and would only be billed the $50 fee. I call and they claimed that “even due to faulty information of the staff” there’s nothing they can do. If that’s the case, then cancel my membership and give me a corporate number to contact. They don’t even have a number yet they gave me a fake number. At first I looked up the number before hand and it was a number to a different “EOS” company. And when I asked them for the number they put me on hold for about 2 minutes and gave me the same number from google. Like seriously? I called a different location in Sarasota and they said they don’t have a number and that whoever did that gave me the wrong information. The staff up there did their best to fix the mess up they did. DO NOT sign up at this gym, they just want sign ups from the start. The staff is under par and the customer service really sucks. I’m glad I didn’t cancel my membership at another gym near by.

Gym is extremely nice / clean. They have so much new equipment and so many different rooms. The reason why I only give 4 stars is because I went in yesterday for the first time having the 7 day guest pass they are offering and when I checked in at the front desk I did not get offered a tour or anything . The kid just asked me for my phone number to check on and that was it. The customer service was not was I was expecting. I basically had to walk around the gym alone and do a Tour by myself when they had at-least 40 employees working yesterday. I am going to try out the gym again and hopefully someone gives me a tour this time but like I said the gym is extremely nice.

There is a serious issue with cancellations at this gym. I went in to cancel my membership August 8th. The individual working front desk informed me that I was all set and my membership was cancelled successfully. If my membership was cancelled, why am I still getting billed to this day? I called 5 times and each time I was told that a higher up would take care of the issue. They didn’t. I had to call my bank to take action. This gym is a great concept but stop playing with people’s money.

finally opened and it’s a nice looking gym. give it a few months and it’ll be worn down, dirty and broken.weights are already out of place, all over the gym, not put back by size on the racks and the accessories and mats are accumulating in corners. not 1 staff member has walked around putting stuff back.with how busy this place gets on peak times and with more people signing up, this place will be the next Gold’s Gym; trashed, dirty and over crowded.

Did a walkthrough with Max. This gym is incredible. I get the frustration with the gym not opening earlier, but it’s here now and it’s definitely worth the wait. The gym has a movie theater cardio room, massage chairs, massive workout rooms, two turf areas, a sauna, and pool/hot tub. There’s also a large cardio area. Pretty incredible place, especially considering the price.

Tons of space was used for lockers which go grossly underutilized- The locks for lockers in lockerooms are cheap quality- Bad lighting for bathroom photos (ideally have a ring light built into the mirror)- Sauna frequently has problems and there’s no steam room (Athletica had both)- Pool still under constructionDespite the negatives, you can’t beat this gym for the amount of equipment and price. Definitely recommend

I had high hopes for this gym however it has gone downhill and it hasn’t even been open for 5 months. First is the parking, good luck trying to find anything from 5 AM all the way to 10 PM. I come to classes around 5:30 AM throughout the week and it is constantly busy. You would think that this would be slow hours but this gym is literally busy all the way till midnight. Not only is this gym overcrowded, tons of teenagers come in groups and stand around the machines making it impossible to work out, all that’s available is cardio machines. If it wasn’t for the classes I would not be able to work out at any point of the day unless I go at midnight. Also, most of the members here have no type of gym etiquette. None of the weights are put back into proper areas and I have worked out on a couple of machines and have had people come up and just grab weights from the same rack that I’m using without even asking. People throw their used napkins on the floor and leave stuff behind. The gym provides barbell clips and a half of them are missing and stolen. Good luck trying to use the locker rooms as well… with the amount of people taking pictures of themselves there’s no sense of privacy even though there’s signs that clearly say that you are not allowed to photograph inside of the locker rooms. The other day I was getting dressed and another member decided to take pictures of herself in the mirror right next to me thank gosh I said some thing or else I would’ve been in the background of someone else’s photo along with girls getting out of showers etc. I pay an additional fee as well to have unlimited guest privileges however there’s people who walk into this gym without even scanning their membership. I could literally bring anyone and pay a basic fee and none of the staff would notice that this member does not belong here. Same goes for the classes, you need to be setting alarms in order to secure your seat in a class however when you get there half of the class will be missing and people refuse to cancel. Tons of people entering classes don’t have tickets either when the class is full so nobody knows if they should be there or not. I could’ve got the cheapest membership possible and had access to every facility at this gym nobody here cares. I will be taking my business elsewhereUPDATEThis gym continues to get filthier each time I come. Classes have not changed and have anyone walking in so they end up overcrowding the studio. Don’t bother paying any more money to use the amenities because they don’t check anyway 👍🏼Womens restroom is also not cleaned every hour like the checklist displayed in the bathroom says.
