EōS Fitness

The staff is amazing but the overall cleanliness of the gym leaves something to be desired. Walking around is like traversing a minefield of unracked plates and dumbbells. I realize there is only so much one person can do overnight but they have to either enforce racking rules or get them more help.

The price for the gym is great. It’s the same price you’d pay for Planet Fitness except you get a lot more. The parking lot sucks you will never get a spot but that it not why I am writing this review. I had high hopes for this location and was excited for the opening I even signed up early before doors opened. It’s very small and it seems like peak times are everyday no matter what time. In comments that I read I would agree the only machines ever available are cardio machines. Lots of younger people which I don’t mind because I’m young myself but there simply is not enough space inside of the gym to accommodate everyone . The staff are nice but do come off as very click as well. I don’t see myself staying at this location much longer. I have to admit for me to pay the black card at planet fitness I think I get more for my money. Besides EŌS only has one location it doesn’t pay for me to pay that much for only one location. Take a free pass at EŌS it’s a great gym but you will see way way way to crowded for all the hype.

I came here to train on Sunday with my friend who has a membership. I came as a guest. I really enjoyed the gym and was pleasantly surprised when they sent me an email stating the following:“ It was great meeting you a few hours ago! We hope that you enjoyed visiting EōS Fitness and we’d love to see you again. Here is a complimentary 7-Day Membership so you can get acquainted with the gym, check out the equipment and get your fitness on.”Now why would you send me that email if I cannot use it?I came by today, to do as the email said and get acquainted, which I was planning to do cause I was interested to sign up. But the young boy at the front said I couldn’t use it because I already came to workout. He said they send that email when I fill out the iPad. Okay so why bother writing that verbiage let alone send the email out??? I am extremely upset not only because the email is misleading or the boy is wrong, but also because I wasted time out of my day to drive over only having to leave right after.Please fix the email or train your employees better around this scenario. Thank you.EDIT: I went back to try and iron out the misunderstanding and was turned away. The manager wouldn’t even come out of the office to tell me himself :)I figured to send a message to the email provided in the reply to this review and of course I got no response. Shocker. Clearly this place doesn’t care about making things right. I guarantee they just want to take your money and then blow you off in the wind.

I used to enjoy this gym because I think it’s a great facility with lots of equipment for such a reasonable price in the gym membership. However, the environment here is awful. If you are looking to improve yourself and aren’t already athletic, look somewhere else for a more welcoming environment. The staff lacks manners and common decency of treating people like human beings! Plus, it feels like the gym is always too busy. Most of my time is wasted waiting around for the machines rather than the workout itself. I truly hope EOS can fix their staffing so people can feel encouraged to begin their fitness journey, not stop it before it even begins.

Staff is awful, most of them are no where to be found or just completely clueless and a waste of space if you ask me. The gym equipment is awesome but the layout of everything feels cramped. I can’t workout during peak hours I spend more time waiting for weights and machines than actual working out. The people that go here have no gym etiquette, weights left everywhere and not in correct spots, trash left behind, people never unloading bars. I would expect a gym like this to have a proper cleaning crew constantly going around cleaning and moving weights in order, especially considering it’s 24 hours…. They can do a lot of this during low hours. And don’t even get me started on the bathrooms… just disgusting. I really wish I could like this gym, they have everything I would ever need, but unfortunately the cons out way the pros and I will not be wasting my money here. I’ll keep driving to crunch in Tamarac until the new location opens in springs.P.s. I have seen the “owner” respond to some of the reviews saying he thinks his employees do a good job about cleaning up and they can’t control what people do. While he is correct about not being able to control the gym goers, he is completely ignorant to the fact that I personally have never seen a single employee cleaning or even on the floor doing work period (I have gone to this gym all hours day and night).

It's a nice new gym, however it's always so crowded that it's hard to complete your workout in a timely fashion. Due to the fact that you are spending a lot of time waiting to use machines, they lose a lot of points from me. The staff could be a little nicer, and I wish the locker room/ bathroom had paper towels. It would also be good if the pool was working and open.In the evenings there is a younger crowd that does a lot of socializing and they can get kinda rowdy. Overall, it's a new state of the art gym and I love the e machines!

All the benefits of a high school locker room, bathrooms always trashed. Worst gym etiquette of any gym I have ever been to.Update: Went into the locker room today to find someone live-streaming inside the bathrooms. Very amusing that District can chime in on the quality of equipment while ignoring everything else.

I’m a bit shocked at the negative reviews about this place. Majority of the complaints aren’t the fault of the business, it’s the fault of the members. This gym has everything you need to get a great workout in. You can be a whole D1 athlete and train here with everything you need, plus it’s 24 hours! Yes during busy times weights are left unracked and things are misplaced, thanks to the fellow members 😂 and every gym you go to will be like this. Those complaining are expecting 5-star luxury service, but for the affordable price EōS offers. You get way more than you pay for at this gym. If you want a Lifetime or Equinox level of service and amenities, go pay that $200+/mo.I personally go out of my way to use this gym. It’s definitely big competition in the area. They should put one in Boca Raton!

Top notch excellent gym has everything you need. High end Nautilus equipment and my favorite Hammer Strength machines!!!! Also has all the free weights you could want. If I lived in this area I would definitely join!

This is the best gym in the area. The equipment is top notch and the management team is Amazing. The one issue I had was corrected right away by the Operations manager Jay. He was a pleaser to speak with and he is a veteran. #ThankYouForYourServiceThanks again Jay
