I like the place. I do. The concept is great and the amenities are awesome. However, it's always so freaking packed that it's hard to get in a workout that I write up so it makes getting into a routine very difficult. The place is massive in size and they have several different areas of concentration, from machines to free-weights, ellipticals, treadmills, stair machines, and even an outdoor area to train if you don't like the A/C. But like I said, I think they don't have a limit on sign-ups and it's always so packed that it makes it very difficult to put together a workout routine to follow without having either bypass it, negate completely, or spend two hours to get in a one-hour workout because of the wait times on some of the equipment. It's 24 hours but I don't want to workout at 3am. It's a great place if you want to get in an unplanned workout and just show up. But I like to break it up and it's very difficult to do most of the time.

Where do I sign up for the class action lawsuit, which Im sure is coming?I signed up in Jan 2022 was told the facility would be opening in the spring. Kept checking, but it kept getting postponed. My debit card was replaced since then. Never heard anything from EOS...Today I get txt msg that says if you rejoin, we'll reduce your past due balance to $30.. Uhh what past due balance?!?!? The rude Assistant Operations Mgr informed me my balance was $106.. 1st Im hearing of this 1.5 years later, no email, txt or bill was ever sent in regards to this.She was obviously incompetent and couldnt help, said the General Mgr will call me back. She was successful in reminding why I will never join this gym and tell everyone I know what a scam this place is.

If it wasn’t so crowded it would be great. This gym attracts a lot of people who don’t respect other people’s time, meaning they’re socializing, taking more than one machine, or even recording themselves for social media. The managers must do a better job enforcing the gym etiquette rules. I have never seen a manager enforce them.

I considered this a good gym and the service was awesome. I had personal training with Samantha before she left and it was great. Due to personal changes, I have to cancel the membership and I must say canceling with them is the worst in my perspective. The team does not inform you properly on the cancellation procedures for both personal training and membership and it is quite a headache to deal with it. Especially, when you think you cancel the PT service but still getting charged. I understand the 30days wait for the gym membership because it was explained but PT was not well explained at all.

This is really the worst gym I have ever been a part of. I realized almost immediately that I didn't like the gym the women's bathroom is filthy and the kids care is extremely pack with sick kids. So within 2weeks I cancelled my membership. The guy who signed me was extremely desperate to make a sale that day. I ask the guy about they're cancellation policy he advised me that as long as you cancelled within 30 days and give a 30 days noticed you won't get charged. Basically he lied. He just wanted badly to sign me up.They charged my account $84.00 after I cancel with them after 2 weeks. They refused give me back my money. I said I will have my bank retract the payment. Surprisingly, enough they said if I retract the payment with my bank they will send me to collection. This gym is greedy once they get a hold of your money they refuse to let it go. They are world class thieves. Do not join this gym.

Beautiful gym with all the equipment you could want and tons of beautiful people. But if you’re like me you go to the gym to workout, and every time I’ve come here there are long wait times to use equipment. And even with 8 squat racks there never seems to be one available. And the people who do use the racks just camp there like nobody else is using the gym. So if you are looking to workout, find a different gym that’s less frequented.

This gym is awesome! I can see why it's always busy, great staff great vibes, definitely would recommend.

Worst employees I’ve ever come across at a gym . Nobody is helpful with any situation and they’re very disrespectful and like to talk about customers . Drama filled place and it’s always extremely packed . Can never workout unless you go late at night or super early . Do not bother signing up smh

Gym is great, equipment is well maintained and organized. The backyard section is a great spot. I would’ve given them a 5 star review if they wouldn’t allow the amount of idiots wearing crocs or yeezy slides. New management is doing a great job getting rid of the crocs, slides pandemic.

One of my main reason for signing up was yoga classes I was ecstatic for the weekday classes. But the teachers kept changing and its been eliminated all together it seems. I asked last year about pilates and was told January or February and its almost May and nothing BUT my main reason for low rating is after yoga was eliminated during the weekday I was ready to check out the rest of the gym. I asked about my welcome workout and signing up for a trainer as I had a fitness goal in mind to attain. I signed up and the trainer rescheduled the day before our session, I said ok no problem. The rescheduled appointment was canceled the morning of the appointment. I returned to the gym and asked for another trainer. I thoroughly explained the situation and preference in having another trainer, the front desk attendant went and brought the same trainer to introduce us, and set another appointment that was not only awkward for me but slightly unprofessional. Nonetheless, my goal is to work out and reach my fitness goal so I smiled thru it and we set another appointment. 1.5 hours before our appointment EoS front desk called me to advise I would be working out with someone else, I inquired why the switch and was told orginal trainer could no longer make the appointment. I said ok. I got to my appointment on time and waited for trainer to be told 15 minutes later I would have to be rescheduled..are you freaking kidding me. I then said this will be my 4th rescheduling, I was going to express more, but I caught myself and told the lady at the front desk not to worry about it, because I realized why am I being so adamant regarding spending my money with this gym.I gave 2 stars for the upkeep and wide range of machines. Lost stars for customer service, staff and follow through
