Really big & LOUD.Showers take a long time to warm up, be prepared to be patient! Women's sauna nice. Many many machines, & an outdoor exercise area. Lap pool & spa are broken. Staff brushed off complaint about that by saying it was the City of Coral Springs fault. Massage chairs are not comfortable. Free, (but busy), parking. Wheelchair accessible in most, but not all areas.

Great amenities but terrible workout environment.. no matter what time you go it’s busy. You can only squeeze in a decent workout between 2am and 4am. I hope they raise the prices to thin the herd and would still retain their profits even after theloss of some customers.

I came to cancel my trainer program more than a month ago. The guy told me he would take care of the cancellation. However they kept charging me, and I had to come back and ask them 3 times. They still not solve the problem. They always tell me it will be a final charge or some reasons but it never ends. They kept taking out money from my account. I came back today and the manager told me that my cancelation was on May 29th and asked me a proof that I canceled a month ago they never give me a paper or anything to sign for cancellation how can I have proof? Even on May 29th, they didn't ask me to sign anything ( and I also didn't know they cancel on that day because I came to cancel a month ago not May 29th)I just do not believe them anymore. It likes a scam. I have to call my bank to stop them from taking out my money from my bank accountJust want everyone to know, you should be careful when signing up with a personal trainer. If you want to cancel call your bank. Don't trust them. I see a lot of people have the same situation as me.Worst experiences !

Great gym. Clean environment. They definitely need more benches, though. There is always a line. ...especially with the people who will monopolize a bench, doing lots of other exercises while you wait to use a bench. I don't know why they don't stick a couple of benches in the "backyard" area!

STAY AWAY. HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. LA FITNESS IS NOT GREAT BUT MUCH BETTER AND BLOCKS AWAY.I have been looking for a new gym in the area and found EOS via google search. it's approx. 22 min from where I work. I went online and set up a free week to try it out. I visited the club today to be greeted by a Nuisance at the front desk. I explained I signed up for a free trial to try the club and possibly become a member and today i merely wanted to just look around to assess the club, amenities, cleanliness, equipment etc. The Nuisance at the front desk abruptly told me I couldn't use the week pass since my DL says I have a Delray address. He failed to recognize that some people have more than one home and I can also show ID with a much closer address. In any event, I explained that I just wanted to look around today; I was not dressed to workout today and I was curious about the amenities, equipment etc. The Nuisance at the front desk was once again abrupt and told me i cannot look around. I am lead to believe the leadership is exceptionally poor as the first impression of the club was pathetic in all respects. STAY AWAY. HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. LA FITNESS IS NOT GREAT BUT MUCH BETTER AND BLOCKS AWAY.

Edited to add 6/28/2023: I received a phone call today from the District Fitness Manager - Joe R. , who was extremely sweet and apologetic. He went through all my issues and went above and beyond to sort out my billing problems. I do not see myself rejoining EOS, but I have a much better feeling now that this has been addressed, - and have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4 stars.***Beautiful facility and many fantastic amenities. Unfortunately, I have had an appalling experience with the billing department at EOS Fitness. In short, be wary of signing any kind of contract with this gym.I signed up for a membership in December 2022. I was impressed with Fitness manager Drew sales pitch and decided to purchase a personal training package in March 2022. I started my training sessions in August 2022 shortly after the gym opened with Robert. On August 18th, 2022 I received a bunch of emails from EOS saying my sessions with Robert had been cancelled "at my request." I replied to every single email that I had not cancelled my session, asking for them to be reinstated. However, I did not hear back from them. I assumed my plan had been cancelled. Many months later, I realized EOS had continued to charge me for payments long after they cancelled the sessions. I called to speak to Drew to get clarity. He helpfully explained that my trainer had left EOS and that's the reason I received cancellation emails, but that the onus was on me to call the gym to rebook the sessions. I explained that this was unclear from the email I received, and that I believe it was the gym's negligence in miscommunicating the status of my plan that led us to this. Drew got a little bit frustrated with me, and understandably transferred me to his colleague, Haley, the senior operations manager.I explained to Haley my situation, and she explained to me that my account had already gone to collections (more about that later.) Haley was extremely nice over the phone. I explained I'd be happy if the previous charges that went through were put towards future gym membership. Haley explained she'd need to speak to corporate and promised she'd get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not heard from her since our discussion at the end of April. I have since tried calling the gym many times, both the location in Coral Springs, and the location in Kendall where she has been working. I have a difficult time getting through to her, and despite her assurances, have not received a call back.I have had months of anxiety dealing with the collections agency "Swiftfunds Financial Solutions," thankfully, after many phone calls, and writing to request the debt validation, they have agreed to drop the collections. If anyone reading this is in a similar position, my advice is not to pay the debt, document every interaction, and request debt validation. However, as of today, I have not received a refund from EOS for the amounts charged for which no services were received. If this is not resolved, I will explain the situation to my credit card company and hope they can help me. I am also considering legal action. I'm hoping others will not fall for this scam.

They have a lot of new equipment, but you have to ensure that you don't go during peak hours as its packed most days. The trainers are good and they have a pool, sauna and a mini theater with machines. If they had a basketball court and some time for racquetball/ pickle ball/ table tennis it would be perfect.

The facility is great but it’s a zoo, ridiculous it gets super busy with people just standing around the machines hanging out wasting time. If you’re trying to take your fitness journey serious and have good workouts this isn’t it. If you wanna hang out with your friends and “work out” do a few reps with your friends while hanging out, chilling then this is it for you. Management is always flirting or too busy on their phones. Managers look like they do not care either. Unfortunate because the facility is great, good equipment, good locker rooms. But at this point it’s more like a social fitness place not a gym where people go to hang out and talk. Definitely canceling my membership and going somewhere else where I can actually work out and have a responsible crew instead of flirting and hanging out.

Staff member showed me around. The gym is very nice. I went during a very busy time in the evening. The gym was very clean considering the fact that there were so many people there. I saw some plates and equipment not reracked, but for $10 a month I'm not going to complain about that. I like that they have automatic hand sanitizing stations and spray bottles for cleaning equipment.

Listen to all of the other bad reviews, this gym has gotten worse and worse. Overhyped and not worth the cheap pricing. It’s worth paying more for a better gym experience at a cleaner, less crowded gym. Canceled my membership today and it felt great.UPDATE: the district managers replies have been laughable and quite ridiculous. Lots of people having the same problem with your staff and gym turning into a high school locker room combined with a zoo.if you are looking for better options - LA fitness has multiple locations nearby so if one is busy you can find another. Crunch fitness is nearby I heard it’s good. Cheap alternatives are your hometown rec center gyms which usually cost around $50/$100 annually and are not busy with p much everything you would need to have good workouts. Can’t believe I wasted my money on EōS when it is much better spent elsewhere. My workouts and quality of training has increased significantly since I left EōS 💪
