I think it's all about as much money as they can get out of u. There's always a wait on machine use no matter what time of day. Great for them bad for the members. Even when they owe u personal training times, they still find a way to take your money. I hope Crunch will be better

been working out my whole life! This is the most innovative and best gym I’ve ever been too!! Kid Klub viewing from the floor with monitors!!Bathing suit dryer! High tech interactive equipment with leader boards! MOVIE THEATER CARDIO!! Recovery Room! Just Blown away! Il Love it!

where do i even begin? I cannot stand this gym. It has so much potential, but it's ran by a bunch of kids, and those kids are friends with all the kids out there on the floor. There is never a slow time. They've had the promo for $9.99 grand opening rate for 8 months now, which they need to get rid of cuz current members can barely get in a decent workout cuz it's full of a bunch of high school kids. I signed up with the middle tier and they wanna charge me a fee to downgrade... I WANT TO DOWNGRADE CUZ THERE'S TOO MANY PEOPLE AND I CAN'T UTILIZE A THING. I've seen people grabbing weights with their bare feet, no socks, no one re-racks their weights or puts equipment back, employees don't walk around to maintain anything. They have social hour up at the front desk. There's a skinny girl with brown hair that literally sits with me in the sauna scrolling through her phone for like 10 minutes. I get you're cold, but go work? Then they hired a kid with a dangling earring that was being pompous and rude to other members as a member. Then the next week I see him in uniform.The sauna smells like wet rag now cuz the old people from the "geriatrics pool" wanna come, drip all over the floor, and lay on the wood immediately. The lights dont even work in the women's sauna. the general workout floor inside AND out is dirty. Really if the employees just circled the building instead of hanging out in the front or sauna, the place would be cleaner.

My location in coral springs does not have the policy publicly spoken about. The main issue is that the age for guests was never mentioned i just drove over an hour to bring my friend to this gym and because shes 15 shes not allowed to come as a guest but can purchase a membership??? With parental supervison?? This just doesn’t make sense to me at all. I pay too much money to have guests and there’s an age limit like I would get it if they were under 13 but 15??? That’s crazy to me. A total waste of time in my opinion. I think it just needs to be communicated when shes been here before. I never have a problem with this place but this has passed my limits. This needs to be fixed asap.

They scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. My membership ended in November but I just now remembered to leave my review. I signed up for a membership with a personal trainer but changed my mind literally two days later and emailed them and the people on the contract about canceling the personal trainer. It was a whole situation, but in the end they still charged me for months of personal training and refused to give me a refund even though I NEVER utilized their personal trainer system. The blonde manager (I forgot her name) in the front, promised me she was talking to the “owner” about refunding me. It never happened. They gave me the run around for weeks and they never got back to me. I ended up just canceling my membership. I’m only 21 and they acted like this. I honestly would’ve been over the situation If the manager didn’t LIE and tell me repeatedly that I would get a refund and that they were working on it. I tell everyone I know to not go here, it’s too crowded anyways.

So for the price, the quality of equipment and resources in the entire facility are great. It’s not the staff’s fault that the gym is ALWAYS busy and they cannot always keep up with the return and organization of the weights. A little annoying but it just comes with the territory. I’m switching gyms only because I just cannot focus with that crowd, it’s way too much for me. If you’re not like me and don’t require solitude to have a good workout, then this would be fine. The times I go around 3-4AM are probably the best but once it hits like 5:30-6, boom it’s picking back up for pretty much the rest of the day.

I love this gym. It’s gets a little busy sometimes, sure, but there are always plenty of machines to use, everyone is friendly and the place is clean. And there is always parking in the back if you can’t find parking in the front. I’m really glad I didn’t listen to any of the negative reviews on here, and checked it out for myself. Definitely the nicest gym I’ve ever had a membership at.

If you are trying to workout then this is not the gym for you. It’s a hangout place. For the price you’ll get a teens walking around recording every set with an entourage. It would be nice if management had a no recording/ picture allowed maybe people would actually workout.

The customer service at this gym is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have sent countless emails and left voicemails for someone/anyone to return a call. I have received one response from Jabari stating that he would have a manager contact me. Well until this date no one has done so and that was in December 2022. At this point I want to cancel this membership. It only got one star so this could be posted.

New to the area, looking for a local gym. Told to check this place out, and within walking distance definitely a plus. Stoped in and asked for a tour, was automatically pressured to sign a release of liability… Unless you got people throwing dumbbells around in there Im sure the tour would be pretty safe I would think…Guess me and my husband will go back across the street and love to pay the $99 start up fee cuz we’re gooddd on that kinda pressure… Terrible first impression!
