I thought that this gym was going to be too much because it's CrossFit but after been two years in here I love it, the coaches are very helpful and the clases are very good, the most that I enjoy is that I get to work out in only one hour and the coaches already have the workout prepared for you for the whole week, and the vive it's really nice.

The coaches are all great. I’ve been coming to HEW since December 2020. It’s very welcoming space and things that seem/seemed impossible are all very doable nowadays! You won’t regret :)

I love this place. I can't ever stay away for too long. Because it really makes a difference in my life, physically and mentally. The coaches are great, the owners amazing and care about each and every single member. Recommend 10/10

I absolutely LOVE HEW and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who asks! The coaches are encouraging, energetic, knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. Fellow “HEWmans” become like a second family and always encourages other to succeed, especially new members! Once you get into the rhythm and habit of coming, you will become addicted to this place!!
