The owners, staff and members are inspiring. The environment is conducive to progression and overall fitness. I have worked out at several gyms and I would have to say this one is the best. Keep it up. Highly recommended for all levels of fitness.

Fantastic gym, if you put in the work and eat right the results are phenomenal. The coaches are knowledgeable and they care about your safety, they are focused on making the right movements. I highly recommend Hard Exercise Works Gym.

I love this place, the coaches have a great attitude and motivated you to push yourself in order help you meet any goals that you may have set for yourself. May it be strong or just wanted to get into shape. The atmosphere is awesome and you will meet a lot of interesting people.

I am obsessed with this place. I have always been active, but HEW West has completely changed my life. The coaches and programming are amazing, and I have achieved more in the past year than I ever thought possible. The community is welcoming and supportive to people of all fitness levels! Don't think, just come and find out for yourself!

I’ve been going to this franchise for over 3 years now & switched to springs west this past summer. Let me tell you, the trainers here are AMAZING! So warm & friendly. They know everyone’s names & you get that family feel. The workouts are the best. You’re in & out in under an hour & you get your butt kicked every time! Won’t ever be going to a regular gym again!

Day 4 out of 5. Love the energy from the coaches. Constantly adjusting bad form and posture, well mine anyways LOL. All the members have been helpful it’s a great atmosphere and everyone pushes each other. Fast-paced, fun, and friendly. I recommend to anyone tired of the gyms that wants the one on one attention promised elsewhere but received here. Ready for a life change bring your friends

We LOVE HEW Coral Springs West!!!! Started 9 weeks ago totally new to HIIT training and being in our 40s we were not sure if we could do it. WE CAN DO IT!!!Have been going consistently 5 days a week and already lost 15 lb and gained a ton of strength and stamina. It’s a great group of people of all ages and fitness levels and caring, knowledgeable and fun coaches.... don’t think about it any more, join us at HEW!! It’s fantastic!!! ❤️💪🙌 Stacey and Jorge

I absolutely love this place. I joined after it was suggested to help change up my workout routine. From day 1, the staff has helped push me along in workouts while making me feel welcomed. The other members are pretty awesome too. HEW is an all around positive environment to get a great workout in.

At first was very nervous, but once you get in the groove truly does become an addiction in a wonderful way!!! Coaches are awesome no matter your situation they modify specific to you and your needs. I have had 4 hernia surgeries and they have worked with me every step of the way! Love my gym family...love ya Laura Greene.

Working out at hew fitness has been a life changing experience. Not only have I increased muscle and lost 5% fat so far but the coaching is incredible. Also the energy and music is awesome and fun 😉. I would recommend this gym to just about anyone no matter size or age. You’ll love it! …
