HEW Fitness

Hard work but lots of fun! I leave feeling accomplished and the workouts are never the same! The coaches are encouraging and push me to reach my full potential! Coach Bri is the best, when I see her I know it’s going to be a great workout!

I been here 2 weeks this place is amazing. I havent been to a gym setting in 20 year's so starting AGAIN I was kind of nervous The trainers at HEW are great. They take the time and explain the work outs so you dont get hurt. They motivate you and the people that are veterans working out are also great. I was also able to put my 11 year old to come with me and even he loves it. If your thinking of starting and dont know where to go I highly recommend HEW.

I joined HEW back in September of 2019 - one of the best decisions I ever made. The coaches are great; very helpful and patient. I have met some pretty amazing people at HEW and will cherish these friendships for life. If you are not part of the HEW Family, you are truly missing out!Donna A.XOXO

I have been a member at a few places and as a former athlete nothing has pushed me harder than HEW! I really love the atmosphere and the people I have met there. Everyone’s journey is different and Bri, Kristie and Alan are awesome coaches who really push us all to be our best to achieve our goals!

I have lost almost 60 plus pounds since I’ve joined this current gym. Accountability is there workouts are great. Coaching is awesome. Food plans and workouts for every person no matter the size or modification. Owners have surrounded the the gym with coaches who care and love to watch you succeed.

HEW Coral Springs West is the best Gym around! They have the best coaches and members. I have made so many new friends at HEW. The workouts are amazing with something different each day. Come and try a class, I promise you'll love it.

This place is amazing! All the instructors are so helpful, kind, motivating & all around good people. You won’t feel judged here or like you are lacking in a certain area, they will make you feel like part of the team & continue to help push you to do better for yourself. I would highly recommend this gym!

I have never been one for consistently working out. But after hearing how much my family raved about HEW, I decided to give it a try. I can honestly say this is the first time in my life that I try to make it a point on a daily basis to workout and look forward to it. The coaches are personable and encouraging, the classes are fun and challenging. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is just amazing. The minute you step in you are welcomed and encouraged. I have never felt better and more confident at any other gym. The coaches go above and beyond to teach you, correct you, push you but lost importantly to make you want to give it your best and come back the next day. I have hated the gym all my life and now when I cant make a class I truly feel bummed and like I missed out on something great. This gym is out of this world I would recommend 1000% percent to anybody it does not matter your level of fitness. I can sit here and write so many good things about this place and most importantly the people who run it and the coaches but until you try it yourself you won’t truly know. Thank you HEW for making me feel the way I feel every time I step through those doors!

I love this gym! I was feeling bored of my normal gym or garage workouts. HEW is the best because it saves you all the time and planning of thinking of what your workout should be. The coaches are great, they all push you and check on your form to make sure you’re increasing weight and performance safely. I highly recommend this gym for anyone considering trying it out. 10/10.
