Before I started HEW a year ago, I thought I was pretty strong. Never thought I’d be so motivated to challenge myself everyday. No day is like the other and there’s never a dull moment. I feel stronger than I did 20 years ago. Thank you HEW for making exercise an exciting part Life.

It’s been about one year since I joined HEW and the best decision I’ve made for myself. Last year I was out of shape and uncomfortable in my own skin. Every time I show up they push me to be the best version of me, I’ve seen the best results, I feel comfortable in my own body && I feel like we’re a little family.

Came in for an intro class and the coaches were so welcoming and enthusiastic. The workout wasn’t too crazy and the coaches checked in to make sure you were okay throughout the workout. I will be returning and referring many more friends and family.

The coaches are very supportive and the environment with the people is super motivating. Everyone is so kind to one another, and even though the workouts are hard and very challenging, you notice great improvement within a few weeks of training.

Nothing like this place!!! I’ve been apart of this amazing gym for 3months.... I was a member of the East location but moved and took a year plus off...I tried a regular gym during that time but nothing challenged me like this!! I got the most results with HEW...Diet and Nutrition played an important role as well and they help me achieve that!! If you want consistency and results. This is where you need to be!!

This gym rocks! I was apprehensive to sign up as I can’t do all the moves I’ve seen being done here but the coaches will show modifications for all fitness levels. I’ve been a member of every time of gym out there and this is by far my fave; This gym is like a huge extended family!
