DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYMunless you want to be scammed i highly suggest going somewhere else!! they make it impossible to cancel your membership and judging by all the reviews this is a REPETITIVE ISSUE that they’re not fixing bc they don’t care ab their patrons. i went in person to this location back in October to inform them that i’d be moving in November and no longer wanted to continue my membership. unbeknownst to me, my cancellation was not filed correctly by their employee and i was continually and wrongfully charged and penalized for something that was out of my control. i blocked the fraudulent charges from my bank and was sent to collections. their collections dept was insanely unprofessional, ignoring my calls, hanging up on me mid conversation and being straight up disrespectful. there’s a huge lack of internal communication, and no one was willing to help me dispute these charges saying that collections didn’t have the ability and yet neither did the physical gym, and they were unwilling to make me aware of who i had to speak to in order to amend this. i was then sent a copy of my contract and after reading it i saw that regardless of everything, i was in fact eligible for a refund bc i moved more than 30 miles away and i made the gym aware of this in october when i went in to cancel and told them i was relocating, and i was still wrongfully charged through march. and yet they were not willing to abide by THEIR OWN CONTRACT and TEXAS STATE LAW even though i was willing to show proof! not to mention the fact that the copy of my contract that i was provided (and was told was the only one on file) had no signature and was therefore NOT LEGALLY BINDING - and it had my personal information incorrectly filed after being digitized! i’ve never had any issues like this w a gym before! and being in a military town you would think they’d be more understanding considering SOs and military members are constantly coming in and out of CCTX. horrible experience and i’m glad to be done w this place even though i’m out over $130. i will never recommend this place to anyone, and i’ll be making everyone i know in the area aware of this. i highly advise everyone to skip this gym. it’s not worth the headache or the disrespect. i’m honestly considering filing a complaint with the BBB.

This gym has gotten way too crowded since Golds closed. Only reason I still come here is because the women's area isn't as crowded and I don't usually have to wait for machines in there. Too many kids playing on phones hogging up machines. Best time to go is 5 to 6 am when there are still machines available.

Very clean and really nice staff. My girls love to play while I work out. They always come out happy! Rayna and Alyssa always play really well with them and make them feel comfortable, makes working out easier.

Very clean gym. Ms. Carol and two other coworkers are busy early in the morning vacuuming, wiping equipment and picking up trash. I really appreciate their hard work and attention they give to their work. It's important to me when I use a piece of equipment or walk around the gym that it's clean. It sure makes the rest of the effort to stay in shape more enjoyable. This gym gets a lot of traffic and if it weren't for Carol and her coworkers, it would get gross real quick and I would be looking to go elsewhere. Clean gym priceless!

The only concern is paying for full services for my wife & I yet some of the services have been "out of order" since we joined.
