I workout here 2 times a day pretty much every day, and the gym is always clean. Never over filled with people. There’s lots of parking and just an all around nice experience.

Big facility & clean, only 1 issue I have here is that their illuminatti music station is terribly disruptive & unsettling 2 the soul (440 hz I'm sure) & way 2 loud in the locker rooms especially & it seams intentional.I've asked them 2 turn it down 4 several months & on several occassions & they have done nothing 2 resolve this.Either the staff is ignoring my requests or they r physically unable 2 adjust the sound system, either way I still like this gym with my ear buds in & my own Prince music 2 drowned out their bs.

Staff is always welcoming, the 24 hour availability meets my demands the best (I go at many different times), consistently being cleaned and I don’t feel intimidated by anyone at the gym, I just enjoy my time there. When a piece of equipment has to be serviced, it’s usually very fast to be repaired.

I just wish in early mornings there was someone at from the desk. I resigned after a year of being cxl, because service was awful a year ago. and wanted to give gym 1 more chance now after covid and there probably less customers.i wanted to get a water & my new key tags, but the whole hour I was there I couldnt catch anyone in front.Very clean and well stocked I just wish customer service wasn't so hard to track down when we have questions or need help. It's not workers fault they have to clean and walk around and maintain gym I understand, I just think 1 more employee would help I couldn't sign up or get set up for any amenities I'm paying for :/

I love Planet Fitness. A great price for nice equipment and I never think it’s too crowded. AND THANK YOU for letting us take off our masks while exercising!!! It is one of the reasons why I keep my gym membership here rather than just using my apartment gym (which requires masks even while working out .. that’s just dangerous to breathe in your own carbon dioxide when you’re breathing so heavily during intense work outs!)

I was only there one time before the Covid surge happened and I would've stayed, but there were just too many people without masks. The time I was there was nice. It was clean and the staff was friendly. All around the place is great. I plan on returning when it gets back to "normal".

Planet Fitness is truly one of kind when I think of fitness gyms to join. Prices and plans are very reasonable. And I really appreciate the no-hassle customer service on my exit. I'll definitely be coming back once I'm on my feet, again!

They are constantly staying sanitized and keeping the cleaning stations stocked with towels and spray. Always have a great experience with staff. Always very helpful when I have questions. Very welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I’ve actually made new friends just by going to the gym. Absolutely the best gym I’ve ever been too and I’ve been a member for almost 5+ years.
