The annual membership model sucks and we had to go in person to cancel the membership. I did not used the gym for 6 months and was charged for the monthly fee.It is very frustrating for not having an option to go online and cancel.I would not recommend to anybody.

Very, very clean, the staff in forces wearing your mask. Sanitizer conveniently located and the staff are amazing. Thank all of you for making my husband and i feel at home.

My life goal is to visit as many Planet Fitnesses throughout the US. I've been to San Antonio, Laredo, Corpus Christi, Austin, New Braunfels. I've been to West Monroe, Louisiana, etc. This one was very interesting, they had a barber shop inside. Not open when I arrived but defiantly on my goto list, in need of a trim. I love Planet Fitness, its not a clunky gym like Golds.

I wish I could give negative stars. Two of the workers are extremely extremely rude. When I signed up I chose not to do autopay. I woke up with it automatically charged. Not the employees fault - but when I called, Matt and Joseph were beyond rude. They were at first attempting to help but they were obviously undertrained and they then started offering no help whatsoever. They were laughing, hung up on me twice, made no attempt to solve my problem either. They would be better off firing them. Horrible, horrible employees who are not doing their job.

Amanda is an amazing manager. She always looks after her staff and customers. And Deb is an outstanding hair dresser with a talent for getting my haircut just right every time. I love this place!

The gym its self is cool, but their billing situations are a complete unethical mess. Some would even go as far as calling it a complete Billing Scam Trap.If anybody is considering a membership here, don't.It is an endless trap.I don't usually ever leave negative reviews. But this place is by far the worst.

What more can I say this is the first I've seen with it's own barbershop. Awesome addition on top of the tanning beds, massage chairs and enough training machines to completely satisfy your needs. The staff here were very professional and informative about the area I highly recommend this location. Two thumbs up, and kudos to the young lady who took the time to talk to me while I waited to get in to the locker room.

There is no ac in the gym part but the bathrooms and front lobby are cold. There is very few machines and often when it's busy there is no room to work out. Also if you grunt or drop the weights they set off an alarm. If it's critic free why would you set off an alarm?

Very nice and clean. Not alot of noise and chatter. Very nice to see a place promote they are a no judgement zone. A place to get fit and enjoy it. The person at desk was very professional.
