When this gym first opened (pandemic) it was amazing. Clean, run exceptionally well, cycle room and equipment maintained. I was there 4-5 times a week. Leadership changed and the club went with it.The men’s locker room is so unkempt I can’t go in (urine stains, dirty floors and I uncleaned toilets are now the signature). The cycle room, for nearly two months had no working air condition or fans. Not sure who is the owner and GM of this location but if you are reading, our membership dues are paid monthly and as a client for nearly 20 years I expect what should be the standard (hyper cleanliness, equipment and infrastructure properly maintained) in a public facility.Do better.

I left Planet Fitness and chose 24-hour over LA Fitness. When I first started working out here, it was great. Now, the steam and sauna rims aren’t cleaned appropriately and half the machinery is broken. They don’t keep the equipment up. It’s often overcrowded, which I know they can’t help. But what I will say theMore of a crowd you generate theMore responsible you have to be about cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

It is indeed poorly managed. The manager Terri is super rude. Not only did she try to cheat me out of owed training sessions, she was super rude and condescending. My trainer himself was a great bloke but he quit soon after because she kept trying to do him dirty. Later learned (from other customers + her own employees) basically she is a huge racist.

Canceled membership with 24 after 10 years because this is the closest and now only gym in greater downtown area. It’s always overcrowded, 30% cardio equipment is always out of service and it’s super dirty. And it’s the newest gym in the area! Sad to see it go downhill

I signed up for the 3 day trial. I came to workout. I was told by Claudia that this locations policy ( NOT 24 HOUR FITNESS POLICY) is that a manager or salesperson has to be the one to do that and the manager will not be here until 9 AM (which is another hour).I asked if I could go ahead and workout until she made it. Claudia called the manager (will get her name later) and she said “No, if she wants to workout you can sign her up for a membership. If she doesn’t want to do that, she has to wait for me to make it”This is just ridiculous. To implement your own location policy that only inconveniences potential members!

Worst 24 hour fitness gym I’ve ever been to at first when it first opened it was great but now overcrowded stinks and just downright rude people! Don’t try to do a quiet yoga meditation that’s a joke! Loud millennial type music constantly! Unisex sauna that stinks and you get stared at and mostly loud young Mexican girls no way to meditate and they’re talking about their drama! I’m going to stick to my outdoor workouts where it’s quiet and peaceful! Lol good luck with your cheap $10 a month crowd!

Got the gym pass but I was told I can’t use it when I arrived, their reason is that they are not allowed? Then why are you wasting people time and issuing them? Bad marketing and selling.

Gym has definitely gone down hill since it became a $10/month gym. Overcrowded, small and unsanitary facility. I paid more for the exclusivity of going to a nicer gym, now I’m one of the chumps who paid for the highest tier and got stuck with the same amenities as the $10 tier. Don’t waste your time or money.

The air conditioner hasn't worked in the cycle room for over a week. 24 hour obviously doesn't care about the condition of this club.
