I was charged twice for an ANNUAL FEE! When I asked for any type of compensation like a Comp month I was flat out told no by two ppl including a manger. Great place but don’t expect to ever get any type of customer service if you have a problem with membership.

The associate claimed you couldn’t get a free 3 day pass to try the gym. However, he further explained that local residents could get a free pass, which I am, but he didn’t ask. He charged me $25 for a day pass.I took the morning spin class. The instructor didn’t use any bike metrics during the class. If you have been to CycleBar, Terlingo or Lync Cycling this class will not impress you. The instructor dropped the “f” bomb a few times too.If you are looking for a new big box gym, LA Fitness down the street will let you try them free for a week.

It's a beautiful location but don't expect to get any reception in the gym or driving. Could have been bigger with multiple group fitness studios. The gym fills up with people who are just b.s. while other people are seriously there to workout. Staff don't always keep to themselves; they will harrass people who are alone even if that person is real and really there to workout. White people always getting ticked off. Then the typical 24 drama: pee on every toilet seat, a creep linger in the lockerroom and people in the group fitness room who should be doing their own thing out on the floor.

I’m not one to normally write reviews but totally bummed out. Was looking forward to checking this location out. Got a free 3 day pass online. Came in with my confirmation code and was told that because I did a trial in Nebraska (which I haven’t lived there in over 8 years) that I wasn’t eligible to try out their location and would need to pay. I honestly doubt I pulled up in their system I think just because I mentioned I had been to a location before that ruined my chances. Easy way to loose a potential member that was excited to give this location a try. I was pumped and motivated and then just felt weird about the whole thing.

Two stars based on accessibility, cleanliness, and offerings.I really like the location (right off 30), the standard of care of the building (props to whoever their facilities person is) and the number/diversity of machines. Not going to give 5 stars because of the lack of training/accountability the manager has provided the staff. I've had a staff member refuse to check me in by name (and other demographics). If you can't check members in, why are you at the desk? The staff member ALSO got a major and uncalled for attitude and said, "I've never seen you here." I've been a member of two other gyms for 10+ years and if you're ever with out your fob, they can easily check you in by name. I find it odd 24 Hour Fitness doesn't allow their staff to check members in by name. Another staff member let me wonder in the retail section for 15 minutes while she was on her cell phone giggling. For a company who just got out of bankruptcy, you'd think they'd be trained to create revenue. There's just a severe amount of immaturity at this location. If you're someone who really doesn't care about customer service -it's good. Great locker room, clean pool, and typically machines are available (weight area does get uncomfortably crowded during peak hours). If you're someone who is use to engaging, caring, and attentive staff, then you may consider another gym.

Time is money, and waiting 13 minutes after opening time (which is 5AM) is money wasted. The front desk employee is here before the person that is suppose to open the facility. If anything, that employee should be in the position of opening the gym since they are disciplined enough to wake up on time and show up to his job before opening . As I submit this commit it will be 15 minutes now. People have jobs to go this morning. Straighten up.

A great facility with very positive staff! Loved my experience there. I had a sports level membership and after a few days I was in love. Definitely worth the upgrade!

This place is phenomenal. Overall one of the best gyms I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to on a regular basis. People are friendly and let you work in. Just a bunch of folk working on fitness goals.

Great gym , huge selection of equipment and weights. Very friendly staff. Wish there was more cleaning solution and wipes spread through out the gym. Overall impressed so far!

So sick of this place. It's overly crowded just about every time I come no matter the time of day. Machines are always being used, people hog several sets weights at time, there's pretty much no way to workout how I want when I come here. Miss my old gym. It may have been smaller but the weights were more than adequate, and was never anywhere as crowded as this place gets. And to those that are having your vehicles broken into/stolen, this is Oak Cliff. You're right smack dab in the middle of the hood. No matter how close you are to the "nicer" parts of town, you're still at risk.
