24 Hour Fitness

Had the worst experience I was harassed by another visitor whom I told an employee named Maximiliano who was rude and would not let me talk. I brought this issue to the assistant general manager Alex who brushed it off as well. The same guy followed us around and I did not feel save, I addressed the General manager Brock who was so rude and who embarrassed us being so rude and loud in front of everyone. This gym has postings around their facility stating that safety is the most important thing and they failed. The customer service was at it most distaste.

Everything is great but the locker rooms. At night the locker rooms look they have not been cleaned all day also I’ve noticed it’s only girl cleaners? I’m guessing that’s why the locker room for men is not cleaned? Idk, I usually go at night and they look trashy 👀 and this is the 24 hour fitness that opens 24 hours so it should be cleaned at all times.🧹 🧼

If you want to join a gym that takes your money and then claim they didnt this is the best place to be. I went only one day and canceled a month to month non contract and they took $124 plus $40 plus $50 all in two weeks of my bank account. When you call the Head office they seem to not see what was taken but the gym can. Its been 2 months and i only received the $40 refund. This is Bull Shit. What go around comes around. Taking ppl money.

Terrible location my vehicle was stolen on the 7th of Dec 2019. The staff here are poor!! they didn't seem to care to much about the situation as I continued to complain in regards to the incident. They wouldn't even let me see the surveillance video to see if I could identify the suspect & told me that there was nothing they could do about the matter & to file a police report. The crazy thing about all of this is I only had a membership there for 1 week. So you can only imagine how I feel. This area is bad in general if I were you I wouldn't risk purchasing a membership at this location.

Amazing facilities with friendly staff. Equipment is clean, group fitness and cycle rooms are a great add on. Overall worth a super sport membership! The layout is very similar to their brand new location in The Heights - Houston, TX.

It’s a great gym, but very overcrowded at most parts of the day. Also, when COVID hit, the gym closed and I was told I wouldn’t be billed. I was billed for the next 2 months. When I tried to contact them, I received no response. It’s also no longer open 24 hours which was the reason I purchased a membership... Overall I’m very disappointed but if there was never a pandemic I probably wouldn’t be experiencing these problems.

Great Staff and Clean Environment. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new gym.(on a side note.. if you or anyone you know maybe looking into Military Service feel free to contact me)

I've been coming to this club for 3 months now and I truly love it. The staff is extremely friendly and the club is always clean. The equipment is always clean and neat as well. I love this club

Great staff, Sam helped me fix my barbell. Everyone else is super helpful. Brand new so super clean. It is a super sport so it’s one of the more pricer 24’s but it’s so worth it. I drive an extra 10 mins just to come to this gym instead of the one closest to where I live.

Nice and clean 24 with updated equipment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my membership after the Downtown location closed. Alex and the GM, Brock took complete ownership of my issue and exceeded my expectations in making it right.
