24 Hour Fitness

This gym used to be ran so well. The past year it has gone down hill dramatically. The men's locker room is always disgusting. No matter what time of day you go it's horrible. The gym is always overcrowded, and the staff does nothing to maintain the cleanliness on the floor. The trashes are always full and the spray bottles empty but there will be 3 or 4 employees sitting up front talking. Machines break constantly and can take weeks to get fixed. It seems as though management does not care about any of these problems based on the growing number of bad reviews.This is a nice gym with a good location and a lot of potential. Unfortunately poor management is driving the gym into the ground. I hope they can turn it around!

I miss what this gym used to be. This location was one of the best but has gone downhill since the loss of the Assistant Manager Hugo and the implementation of the $10 a month members. This gym is severely overcrowded, filthy, and if that doesn’t deter you then your car will be vandalized in the parking lot. Even the GM parks in handicap to prevent her car from being stolen or broken into. I kept my membership but avoid this particular location as much as I can

I've been a member of 24 hour fitness for at least 12 years. They have a great staff. I frequent Rockwall and oakcliff gym. I just wish we could get the damn stair Masters working correctly... And clean the vents, they dusty as hell! And get them corners of dust that stacked up everywhere. And can we get better leg equipment in Rockwall these women of using machines for the hips that do not comply and they messing up... It's like you can't get everything out of one spot!! I had over 150 WORKOUTS LAST YEAR.... I KNOW 🧐🤙☮️

Trina took care of something that was specially needed for me and I appreciate it and her multitasking and was extremely busy at the time for assisting me and did something that she didn't have to and that goes above and beyond just working for a company that means that she's connected to her clients and that's five star thank you

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! A complete waste of my time. I got an online 3 day guest pass because I was thinking of switching over from Planet Fitness. I show up at 7 am and I’m told I need to wait until 7:30 am for someone else because the front desk girl doesn’t do the guest passes. She told me to stand at the front and wait. Around 7:45 she comes and tells me that she “just got an update” and I’ll have to wait until 10 am. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I work out before I go to work every morning who has the time to sit around for hours waiting for someone to show up to be able to use a GUEST PASS!! Nowhere in the email does it say this. It only says to bring your ID and have the code in the email you received. The front desk girl was rude and not helpful at all. Me and 4 other people in my family and friends were looking to switch over but not anymore. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I currently have a membership at 24hr fitness and this location is the closest to my home. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the service because of their lack of sanitary stations, broken down machines, and limited parking. Same machines have been out of service for at least two months. This place is always packed at evening time because of the location not the SERVICE.

Horrible customer service. Came in to renew membership. Manager was sitting in her office chewing gum while I waited for her to come help me. When she did she immediately got on a broken computer and reset it. 45 minutes later my membership was renewed. Avoid this location and try LAFITNESS for better service

People don’t clean up after themselves here, you’re lucky to watch someone throw away their own garbage. There aren’t enough staff members (not that this is a staffing issue, these adults are capable of cleaning up their own messes) in the mornings to keep up with the slobs that come here either, so you end up with the showers and locker rooms in these photos. You also get a lot of Instagram photo shoots in the locker rooms, so if you’re just there to get in, do some work, and get out, you’ll find yourself dodging selfies just to get your stuff out of the lockers. The staff is always friendly though and they’ve got a pretty good selection of RTD pre, protein, energy, and aminos, as well as headphones and towels for sale.

The equipment and workout machines are all old, run down, most of them have a do not use, and have been like that for months at a time 24 Hour Fitness does not have no maintenance or does not replace the equipment in a timely manner.

I go daily. I took my 14 year old daughter to workout with me one one day because she was on Christmas vacation. They wanted me to pay 25$ for one day for her. 25$ for one day for a teenage girl who will use the gym for less than 1 hour....Ridiculous. I've been paying 30$ a month to them religiously and this is how they treat my family. I didn't have my wallet with me and they couldn't use my card on file. Horrible customer service.
