I feel like 24 has gone downhill and this one is worse than the Arlington one I had went to before moving. Charging full price for half the hours is a joke. The nicest part of this gym is "class only". Recently had went to the Colaw in Arlington and honestly would cancel in a heartbeat if I still lived there or if they had one here. Currently looking for a replacement gym. The whole deal with 24 was it actually being 24 and worked with any schedule but now it's not so it doesn't make sense to pay anymore. Especially with that being the name.

I loved going to 24 hr gyms in Washington. They were newer so equipment were brand new. Everything was always kept cleaned! This place is really disgusting. This is the first one I came to when I moved down to the Dallas area. Unfortunately it’s the only one closest to me. Haven’t gone back, time for a new gym to go to.

Pretty great gym overall, some of the equipment is older but still does the job and allows me to get a good workout in; The staff is friendly and helpful too!

Could be a bit more cleaner. People leaving trash around in machines. People dont wipe off machines. People playing their music loudly on their own personal devices with no courtesy if using head opines. People yelling out to get attention. Machine spacing is not covid friendly.

It was great to be back inside a 24 hour gym with no restrictions to work out! Sadly, my favorite Super Sport location did not re-open after the bankruptcy situation; but this Sport will do.Update: Group training classes for cardio and strength have returned!👍🏼Recent update: They have cut out all of the group cardio classes and left the Body Pump and Yoga. They've got a paid cardio/strength training class as the replacement. However, I have a SS membership and cannot get those amenities at this location. They won't be getting another cent from me for a paid class. GTFOH!

Applied for a 3 day pass online. Got there fully committed to workout and scope the environment to see if this was going to be my gym home and I was turned away because I didn’t have a state ID to use my 3 day pass. Unfortunately, because of COVID I can't get my ID updated until April.

Lotta haters commenting about not clean, not covid friendly not up to date….dang! I come to a gym to lift weights not to complain about the age of the equipment or covid protocol. You should not be in a gym if your scared of covid. Everybody sweating, breathing heavy, touching machines, scratching their butts…..This gym is great. Been coming since 2018 and actually during covid they made several upgrades. Unless you wanna pay triple or quadruple at lifetime or equinox…then for $30 a month this is solid. Give businesses some grace…

Manager is never in when you call for an issue, will charge random amounts from your bank account and not notify you. If you try to contact them about it they will tell you to wait until the manager comes in every time you call. When the manager finally comes in he tells you contradicting information that you heard previously and the money is still snatched with no resolution.
