I’ve belonged to 24 fitness 20 yrs, I workout 4 times a week. Last night was something I’d never seen before or smelled!!! It was way crowded then usual at 7:30, could hardly get on a piece of equipment. I couldn’t quite figure it out. As I started my work out or trying, there was the most brutal foul smell everywhere, not body odor type smell, the new influx of people haven’t showered in a good year smell, it was literally gagging. I really think they dropped a couple buses of people off there. You can’t workout smelling that, if people can smell that rotten, Almost like deceased is the only way I can explain it. I worried about diseases. Needless to say I was kicked out for complaining about the foul brutal smell. I can’t work out in that anyway! 🤮🤮🤮 Our new America!!Not to mention last week, about 5 or 6 cars got their windows busted out. It’s ghetto, I went for convenience even though I have a lifetime fitness I’ll drive the extra couple miles!!

Got a guess pass, man in front didn't let me go through the gym and said "he's done this before." It seems like he wanted me to commit to buying a year pass to use gym. What's the point of offering Guess pass if users can't use it? Had to use friends buddy pass to use the gym. Seems like the main priority is getting money versus gym experience I wouldn't recommend it.

Decent gym for the price. Some of the equipment needs upgrading, like the barbells are mostly all bent.Be careful of parking. Had my car broken into along with 3 other cars parked near the side of the building.

This gym has a lot of things that need to be taken care of. There’s machines and equipment that works and you can make do, but the level of cleanliness is disgusting. The women’s locker rooms/ restrooms/ showers all were nasty. Will not be returning to this location.

The fact that they can't get their showers completed for the men is unacceptable. They said early September and now they're saying the end of September. No urgency and no respect. Get a membership at a different gym, I urge you. The showers are a basic part of the membership and I'm not being reimbursed for their negligence. It's pitiful.

I've been coming to this gym for years and it's a good place to go. Thanks to the staff for trying to keep it a good place to come. In particular one member of the staff (Melissa) is always smiling when I come in and on my way out. That goes a long way with people. I've even seen her on numerous occasions with a broom and dustpan. Keep up the good work team!

I went to the gym 2 times before I decided to cancel my membership. My first day I noticed the machines look good and decent when your walking through but once you start using them you realize nobody cleans the place.I was willing to get over it considering it was 1 minute from my house, until I used the basketball court on my second day. The smell in there was one of the worst smells I’ve encountered period. Like rotten mustard it burned my nose. I see some people act like this is a good gym for the price or that people are hating on it for how dirty it is. The fact is if you have any standard for cleanliness this isn’t the gym for you it’s down right gross. Clearly some people are defensive due to the fact that they don’t care about good hygiene. I ride motocross I have no issue with getting a little dirty but mold, the nasty smells In the gym, and the accumulation of who knows what at the bottom of the machines makes this place NASTY. I don’t care who you are or how you think it’s a fact that this place is nasty, I felt dirtier than I usually do after a workout once I left that place. (I asked if the gym always smelled like that, customers and even the employees told me it did) but if you don’t care and you just want to lift weights and play basketball you can do that there.

BRING YOUR WRENCH! You will need it for all the broken/non-operable equipment. Most of the stairclimbers and treadmills are Not balanced so they bounce, which is hard on the joints. The padding on stationary equipment is torn so you might …

I drive 10 miles to this place from Oak Lawn 2-3x/week! The equipment might be a tad weathered and dusty, but you still get a rigorous workout. I absolutely adore the ceiling fan because I sweat like a banshee in heat all the time. Aside from that, I treasure the friendly staff who make me feel right at home here...Moreover, I just thrive on the energy or atmosphere about this place...Cannot quite put my finger on it, but I always leave with a smile and upbeat mood! Lastly, the patrons are extremely diverse, cordial, respectful, courteous, diligent, clean, and amenable. Sometimes, I dance erratically and sing like a lunatic here in between sets, yet most are charmed by it and smile instead of calling the cops...hehe...Love you all and thank you 24 hour fitness for establishing a hub in the Dallas metro region

Great location -easily accessible and plenty of parking which is great as many gyms lack parking. It's also pretty secure, as there's several other businesses in strip.Cleanliness exceeded my expectations, especially since the staff is pretty lean, especially on the weekends.I like the variety of drinks and little things you may forget to bring with you -like gloves! They're pretty reasonably priced too.I appreciate how well the facility seems to be taken care of -props to the facilities guy (or gal)!I typically use a different 24, but the staff here is more dependable and welcoming. In particular, Hector is always going above and beyond from what I see as the set standard by 24.
