You get what you pay for... most of the treadmills are broken, good luck finding locks for barbells if lifting heavy weights, and sometimes they don't even show up on time to open the gym. I went there this morning at 5 am and a bunch of people were waiting outside because the staff wasn't even there.

I go here because it's cheap and it's 24 hours. They have tons of great machines. If that's all that really matters to you, like it is to me, then this is a great deal. The staff is also very friendly. (Minus a few bad apples; that happens everywhere though.)If dirtiness, bugs, shower curtains that don't close all the way, and men who swim and use the sauna in their actual UNDERPANTS are too much for you, however, you'll want to go elsewhere.

My first and last time here. I have been to several 24h fitness branches, never seen one with so many broken, malfunctioning equipments.Shower area is disgusting! No curtains, cabinets are extremely narrow and you are not only showering with little water coming from broken faucets but also with dirty water coming through broken/cracked plastic separators of your showering neighbors cabinets.I’d fire the manager of this branch on the spot if I were his or her boss!

Rude manager, completely unwilling to even attempt to help with an issue that was 24 hour fitness fault. …

This place has gone from bad to worse. The ancient cadio machines are always broken (the handles are rusted with wires coming out and taped together-serious hazard), the restrooms are disgusting, as well the sauna and lockers. There has been rain the past couple of weeks so their solution has been to set up trash cans all over the gym instead of fixing the leaky roof issue. The stench from the mildew is unbearable. The other day there was a weird smell in the sauna and someone metioned it smelled like a rat died in between the seats. I’ve never had to cancel a membership because of the poor quality of the gym so today was a first for me. You can’t even say “You get what you pay for.” I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness and Fitness Connection and they are waaayy cleaner than this disgustning place. I don’t know how people come to this place every day. I saw a girl stretching in between two trash cans while rain water was dripping in to them. Been a member for more than one year and I’ve had it. I still have a month left on my membership but I will never return. Great location but horrific facility. Please save your money and try somewhere else.

Solid facility with warehouse feel. 30 foot ceilings, centralized free weight/machine area, great basketball court, decent lap pool and 4 racquetball courts make this one of the better 24 hr facilities in dfw. Only thing really not up to par in my opinion is the locker rooms.

This location get crazy busy but overall it has a pretty nice set up. Not the five-star 24 hour fitness' I've been too but still a nice gym. Locker rooms are clean. Equipment looks maintained for the most part and the staff seem pretty nice.

Okay facility but I have seen better, most of the equipment is old with rust or broken, each time I have went into the sauna I have seen bugs and the steam room is not usually clean. The station to work out with mats is very small only about 3 or 4 people are able to fit in that space comfortably. Most of the staff are friendly but they should definitely remodel and get this gym up to date.
