They deserve more than 5 starsThe management team are great and supportive and the gym is so clean and they provide everything you need to get your workout done.

It’s always clean. Good environment and the owner is very friendly. For people who complain, just follow the rules of all Anytime Fitness and scan you keyfob before entering! It is open 24 hours so it has to be controlled.

These contracts are a pain to get out of and AUTO renews at the end even if you haven't gone in months. It's the highest priced small gym I've been to, LA Fitness is cheaper and the facility is at least 5x the size. If your only time to work out is at midnight then there may not be other options, but it's just not a good deal otherwise. Canceling is >$100 dollars and a very manual process, and even stopping the auto renew at the end of the contract can only be done by directly contacting the gym you signed up at.

The gym is okay, I’m able to do what i need to do a little small compared to the anytime fitness that i workout at but i go when i don’t feel like driving to my location. I workout there in the morning and i always see the owner and his wife at the gym. I forgot my key to get in the gym & i walked in with my bf and told him i forgot my key and i was told i needed to pay 15 dollars for a guest pass thats free for 7 days? I understand that it’s privately owned but i don’t get why i needed to pay 15 dollars for a guest pass that’s free.

The owner Tracy gives trouble to members going here. I’ve not had a negative experience at any other Anytime Fitness location except for this one- at least that has been my experience the two times I tried coming here. The equipment and space is decent but you can’t workout at a gym where you know the owner will not treat you as a proper member.Would not recommend if this location is not your Anytime Fitness “home” gym location.

I love Anytime Fitness Dallas! It’s 24/7 Open all the year with fine security. Is convenient for me. I have Free Access Card & Free Subscription with my Health Plan Humana, associated with Silver Sneakers. I like Precor Equipment. Everytime I walk in the Treadmill, I sign-in with my Account. At the End of my Workout, I get my Fitness Results, like Heartbeat, Miles walked, and time. I can charge my phone, in the plug, while I workout. Also, they have a whole broad set of machines with instructions to use them. They have Cable Machines, which I prefer, but they also have Free Weights. They have mirrors, free water on water source, they also have automatic dispenser machines where you can buy Gatorade and many other things. They have several TV screens. Also they have restrooms, showers, weight scale. During business hours, they have very kind Staff, that I can get assistance on how to use a machine, or any question. They also have contests through the year, and you can get free subscriptions and many prizes! On paid subscriptions the Staff can be for you to train you and supervise your workout one hour or so.If you’re not a Silver Sneakers’ Member, anyway they have great offers, and you can subscribe. I recommend it to anyone!

Pleasant place to work out with latest Precor equipment and other work out stuff. Staff are nice and knowledge to help you to your goals especially rehab trainingDon't have cups by the water fountain or paper towel in bathroom. Usually able to use equipment at your pace but place is small so may not get an elliptical when you wish.

1. TV's on the treadmills are often inoperable or have static2. Office is not open full time, making it extremely difficult to cancel a membership or register complaints timely.3. They do charge an extra "Equipment Refurbishment Fee" each year in addition to your monthly fees, which was problematic for us, as we did not use the gym much anyway4. It took us several months to cancel due to their being nobody on site to let them know we wanted to cancel, as well as the fact that they will not let you cancel unless you come in to the office and fill out a cancellation application. They do charge you an extra month when you cancel, even if your normal membership obligation has been fulfilled.

The owner of this gym sent me an email stating that my membership did not allow me to use his gym. I called anytime fitness customer service, and they informed me that anytime fitness honors reciprocity and to just limit usage at this gym because it’s not my home gym. I informed the owner of this, and stated that I would limit usage. He insisted that I should sign up with him or I would be locked out. Very poor customer service.

Love this club! Great layout and selection of equipment. The staff is fantastic and you can tell the owners are “hands on” and care about their members.
