I was invited to a class this morning. It was my first time in a while working full body and I really enjoyed it. I will be back. 😊💛 …

One of my favorite workout studios in Dallas. The instructors make the work out fun and the music is on par! Also love women power!!

Finished up my two-weeks for $39 intro offer, after not exercising for over 8 months; here are my thoughts:Pros:-pretty pink girly aesthetic-fun music and lights; it felt like a girly dance party every night!-great staff and instructors-Black-owned-variety of classes that totally kicked my out-of-shape buttCons:-not strictly a women-only gym (which was really disappointing to me, since I definitely feel more comfortable having a woman/femme-only space to exercise in, and the fact that it was marketed as a women’s gym is what drew me in in the first place)-other than the super early morning classes (which I’ll totally admit I’m too lazy to get up for) the classes are held around rush hour, so it takes me over half an hour to get there. One time I had to miss out on a class because there was super heavy traffic and I got there 6 minutes late despite leaving early (there’s a very strict policy of not letting people in after the 5-minute mark). At least they didn’t charge me a no-show fee for it! I think it would be nice if their two locations weren’t so close together; that way it would be accessible to more people!-while I did like their classes, they were all cardio and/or muscular endurance rather than muscular strength (so no heavy weights/machines). While cardio and endurance are great, I really need strength training more than anything else.-pricey, especially if you don’t commit to longer-term plans-no towel service-there was one instructor at the Design District location who used a lot of vulgar language, which made me kinda uncomfortable. She also recommended buying alkaline water (for an NSFW use), which can actually be harmful.Overall while I like this gym, I ended up deciding on a different one, mostly because of the price

I've only taken their powerbelle class on Sunday morning. Wish they had it other times during the week. But their other classes look fun. The place is really cute inside as well.

Staff is really welcoming and classes are fun! They offer many class formats which is also a plus. I recommend Holly as an instructor. Her classes are amazing, workouts are challenging but fun, and she always has a jamming playlist!

Amazing fitness studio! This is the most consistent I've been at a gym in a very long time. There is always a super positive vibe that focuses on health and wellness and community. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I am part of the GRIT fam! This amazing community encourages each other to be better every day. The classes and instructors are all awesome and get to know you personally. They take the time to make each workout different and fun (dance club cardio, step, and camp grit are a few of my favorites). The people in class are friendly and the facility is clean. If you are looking for a great community of people and a place to get in shape, this is the place to be!
