Great staff, who are always friendly and helpful. It's almost the gym version of a Cheers.

Not my home studio but am attending because I moved. Love the coaches I've had so far and can't wait to continue!

I love that the coach's give you feedback and help to make sure you're on track to getting the best workout you can get. I love that the workouts switch up all the time so you're not doing the same exercises every workout.

It was my first time to take a class at Orange theory, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am looking forward to incorporating this into my “best-self” practice! Firstly, time is money, and while I wouldn’t characterize Orangetheory as cheap, I the fact that I can get an efficient, full-body, constantly varied, professionally supervised workout in 60 minutes makes me feel like I’m getting a good value.I appreciated that my personal autonomy in the class was balanced well with attention from my coach Rico, as well as the general positivity of the group, which encouraged me to work hard, but in a safe way. In the past, I’ve tended to injure myself in classes like Crossfit, which in my opinion can be pushy to the point of feeling irresponsibly over-zealous.I felt that the live progress updates on the screen added an enjoyable competitive element and a very useful intensity metric. I balked a little at the heart rate monitor rental fee structure, but to use an analogy, I realize the technology is a little more sophisticated than a bowling shoe, and after a certain point, it just makes more sense to purchase your own...I also feel that while the music was a bit loud, it was the perfect volume to render inconspicuous the sounds of my vocalized exertions (haha), which helped me avoid feeling too self-concious.I’ll be in again soon, and hope to carefully increase my attendance over the next few weeks as my fitness improves and recovery periods shorten.

I love The variety in workouts and the ability to adjust the workout based on how I am Feeling that particular day- always options to make it easier or harder! The workouts always push me out of my comfort zone which is what I’ve needed to improve myself physically and mentally when it comes to fitness!

Skylar was great, friendly and attentive. Great workout for beginners, although I chose to go back to a more strenuous strengthening and conditioning gym, I would recommend someone just starting out to try this type of workout style.
