What a wonderful group of trainers & staff! Very understanding and accommodating of their members working in the medical field and being on-call. As for the classes, they definitely can be intense and challenging, so I highly recommend you to eat a healthy meal before going into class, or else you’ll find yourself fatigue midway. Furthermore, although you’re constantly rotating between the treadmill, rower and weight room, every class experience is different due to the constant mix of exercises/blocks. As for the trainers, they’re always encouraging and so supportive. I can tell they want you to be the best version of yourself and will occasionally point out tips on your form... just try not to take it personally when you feel like you’re dying lol. Lastly, the only suggestion/wish I have would be for the 3G classes to be cooler.

What's great about Orangetheory Fitness? All of it! great music, a/c, no cell phones, your own equipment - don't have to wait on others, workout planned for you, modification options for all exercises, just one hour - but you have to commit to it, monitor your heart rate, calories and splats, never boring and awesome trainers! Been going to OTF for 3.5 months solid, and want to keep going forever!

Great studio but working out during summer is a killer bc their AC doesn’t work great. The studio has a large window in the front where the sun shines directly inside making it super hot most of the day. It’s a shame they didn’t build the studio toward the backside to allow for better cooling. Other than that it’s a great studio friendly staff and amazing coaches

First impressions are lasting.I went to the Preston Hollow studio for an introductory workout as a friend recommended I try Orange Theory. They were super nice and very thorough!Excellent trainer (Emily) and I enjoyed the workout as well. It had a lot of variety and the right amount of intensity.I was not impressed with the mixed messages the management gave me about rates and preferred guest rates.I wanted to try a studio closer to my new home in HP before making a final decision and BOTH studios charged me fees.Charging my card for free sessions is NOT cool. Both studios can’t figure out who did what yet assured me “everything was in the system.”Does that make me feel comfortable as a first timer with a membership purchase? Hell no!If this is an indication of how the financial portion of the business works, they need to do much better. My first time/class experience has been shrouded by phone calls, emails, text messages, calling my bank, follow up calls, and screenshots just to ensure my card is refunded. Yikes!Get everything in writing as it seems they don’t communicate and you’re left holding the stick.I wish there was a cash option because I'm nervous giving someone my credit card at this point.

I’ve been a member here for about a month, the coaches are great as you can see from all the other reviews! The location is great they have a lot of available parking around the back if needed, but I never have trouble parking right in front because classes are always coming and going. They have a couple showers, lockers, and towel service. I had a couple of issues to start with my app and OTbeat- core heart monitor. However the uptown manager is phenomenal, she was very caring about my issues and promptly resolved all the issues thoroughly. This gym is expensive yes, but I think the coaches, amenities, manager service, but most importantly the results are worth it. My regular gym membership goes unused for months because I don’t have to motivation I need to go. With this gym’s style, you won’t waste your money or time!! I recommend anyone give there one day trial session a try. Good luck getting fit everyone!!

Highly unprofessional individuals staffed at this location. I don’t recommend you give them your money as that’s clearly all that they are after and have no genuine interest in building a relations job with a customer.I’ve tried Orange Theory in the past and had only positive experiences. However, I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the fitness industry at this location.I went to test this location for an introductory workout as I recently moved to the area. Due to the busy traffic in Dallas, I was only 20 minutes early for my first workout. A member of the staff called to confirm I was on my way which I confirmed and said I would be there any minute. I walked into the club at 4:50 for a 5:10 workout to be told by two staff members who were sitting at the desk with no line that it was actually 4:51 so that they wouldn’t be able to help me and I would have to reschedule my workout. I stated that I had just talked to someone that had told me to come. Both individual then went on to play dumb with me and said it would be impossible to help me out. The assistant manager, then falsely said there was nothing that could be done about this policy that it was rigid and inflexible as if they couldn’t set me up for a workout in 20 minutes with no customers left to serve despite rushing through traffic to get there at a reasonable time. This was a remarkable example of how poor customer service, rigidity, and a lack of empathy can hurt businesses. I was planning on signing up for a regular package and now they lost a customer for life. There are better places to workout and to spend your money in Dallas than this Orange Theory. I don’t recommend that you waste your time with this location until they hire new staff that cares about customers and building a community.
