Forgot my key card (which is rare for me to forget) and they said they were not able to look me up by phone number or anything, so I wasn't able to workout. I have been able to get in by giving my phone number in the past. I don't know if it's just this location, but it is ridiculous 🙄. I had to wait in the front for my husband to workout (our closest location is actually not even close, so we couldn't just go home).

Its open 24/7 which i absolutely love because I don't have to adjust my schedule in any way to show up. Its always super clean and the staff is very friendly here. I love the Black Card Membership, which makes every penny worth.

Gym is fine. Some of the equipment is dated but it is functional.During these Covid19 times, masks are not enforced at this location. Take your own health in your hands. Counted five people this morning, 2-24, without a mask even attached to any part of their head. When I notified the staff a day ago about this issue, they stated that they remind folks often but the patrons only put it on while the staff is patrolling. The feeling I got is that they have just given up reminding folks due to this issue. I’m glad I’m not relying on them in a life or death situation. Wait, COVID-19 is a life or death situation.Thankfully, my home gym is back open after repairs and I will go back where the staff and the members are conscientious about masks. It is all about the authority you exude that makes all the difference in the world.Won’t be coming back to Camp Wisdom location for a long long long time to come even though it used to be my home gym for 2018-2019.

My husband has stage four cancer and they've been taking money out his account since his had cancer and we called our bank to stop payment and they still have been taking money out for yrs . His been ill with cancer since 2017 . We stopped going about 3 yrs ago . I called and they said I have to bring a note to stop payment. I can't come up there because I have no one to watch my husband . It's sad and I wouldn't encourage anyone to give them there bank info . I will be getting a lawyer to handle this . I've called a few times and explained why we can't go up there . My husband hasn't left the house in yrs . I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone . My husband died June 19, 2021 . So please stay out his bank account .

Gym is fine. Good luck cancelling. I have sent in two letter, called multiple times, have disputed charges on my credit card, and am still getting charged. Place is a complete scam. Do not use.I have emailed you on social media and through the website. There is no response. It says to cancel through the office which you continue to fail to do. Scrub gym. Stay away

This is one of the best facilities I have visited. The layout is great. The inside of the building is clean and well maintained. I always look at the ceilings of a building to determime the level of up keep of a building. The ceiling is painted and well designed. The machines are typical of most Planet Fitness.

I'm from out of town passing through tx working. After reading reviews not sure if I want too visit this gym👀👀 one customer wrote and said your vehicle will get broken in too👀 huh this gym must be located in the HOOD HUH LOL. Think I'll find a safer location. …

Very spacious and clean quiet I had a wonderful experience

The gym it self is nice. Needs to add free lockers. Coming from out of town this was a turnoff. Also, really dark and unsafe outside with the lighting. I work out at 4am and it was alot of women coming in at that time and I'm sure it feels unsafe and uncomfortable.

This is store is shady and very dishonest. I was charged for Dec and Jan when I came in, so the representative charged my card. I was told that I would be paying 21.70 for the new month, but he wanted to charge me 25.70 plus tax. I told him he could just cancel the other payments. He said he wouldn't but if I wanted to join another store then that would be fine. Really bad customer service, is that how Planet Fitness trains their employees?
