Don't sign up to this gym brand they will take your money and it's not worth it. The equipment is boring it's not engaging. My card was charged 42 dollars to use this gym. I didnt like it and I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. If a costumer is upset with the quality of any business they would get their money back, not here. I told the manager Jose that I would like my money back because I didnt like what it has to offer and he said no, that I could use the gym til the 16th of July. 😒 I dont want to use the gym. Don't use a gym it's a scam use your money for something better not this because it's not worth it.

Always nice and clean. Friendly helpful staff. I've never seen damaged/dirty equipment. Very welcoming accepting environment. The staff will explain how any equipment works to beginners, and they dont stand for intimidation or unwanted attention. Every other gym I've been to , creeps would stare, offer unwanted comments or "workout advice", basically touch me to correct how I'm using a piece of equipment, or try to chat me up. They dont stand for that at PF.

Perfect for me. I drive trucks and in the Dallas area it's hard to find parking so it's cool to be able to get a work out a shower and there's places to eat in walking distance. It's a all around win situation for me. Plus it's never too crowded bathrooms stay fairly clean. And equipment it nice.

Initially, I enjoyed this gym. After visiting other locations in the city, I have revised my comments.Planet Fitness is an excellent organization. I am grateful for all the support and the great environment I find when I go to the gym.I must however take this time to share some of my concerns. My primary location for working out is at Camp Wisdom. In comparison to other locations in our city, Camp Wisdom is the most poorly maintained and serviced gym I've visited.Many machines other locations offer are not at the Camp Wisdom location. The exterior has not been painted as other locations. The landscaping and upkeep of the grounds and parking lot are sub standard. In the weeks prior to shelter in place, the paper towel rolls were often empty and the floors had excessive dust and dirt around the machines. There was so much dust and dirt next to machines, I started not putting anything on the floor as I worked out. The Camp Wisdom location needs improvement.I am attaching photos of the exterior to illustrate my point. As we prepare to go back to our gyms, please consider how the Camp Wisdom location can be improved. This community deserves better.

I am a PF Black card member. I recently moved to South Dallas and I upgraded because this location is close to my area. Well, let's say that I only go here when I am desperate and just want a quick workout in. My complaint is not about the staff or service. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. My reason for 2 stars is the outdated equipment and the old smell this place has. I feel like it's not well ventilated like other locations I visit. The lighting is dim and not bright and welcoming. The locker rooms are clean and overall its clean but I wish they had more updated equipment. As soon as they get a facelift I will come back. For now I will keep visiting other locations.

Great gym love it. Been going on the daily and im able to get my work out. Alot of the same people sre there so you meet s few new faces. Great atmosphere very clean.

Visiting member? There's a log for that.Use the tan? There's a log for that.Use the hydro massage? There's a log for that.Use the massage chair? There's a log for that.I absolutely hate locations who toss that silly guest log in my face. I'm asked to provide my name, address and reason for visiting - which is none of PFs damn business. I pay my annual and monthly fees, leave me alone. Plus all of that information pops up when I check in. If it's that important, have the employees do it.But this is the first location I've ever visited with a log for every service. This location was "okay" but it's time to replace some of the equipment.

Don’t go here. Your car will get broken into. Staff knows about it and they will warn you but nothing else will happen.Easy... get security. Walmart has security planet fitness can too. That location is going to lose business if you don’t do something.

Why do you guys hire people to work the front desk that are unfriendly and rude. They always have a miserable look on their faces like they hate their job and life. The only reason we still go to this location is because its the closest gym around here! I hate rude people! Also this area is so unsafe you should get all the lights fixed from outside there's several that are out!

Worst customer service. I signed up for membership online. Went to the gym on 1/15 they told me my membership was not valid due to incorrect bank acct info I submitted. They would not let me work out that day. I never went back because of their rudeness. 10 days later my acct gets debited for membership fees. Somehow they actually had valid acct on me. Deceptive practices.
