Planet Fitness

Gym is okay. Staff is nice here but lack of bench press is disappointing. If you opened up your membership at a different Planet Fitness, you can only come to this particular PF 10 times. After that, they charge you $5 every visit. Unreal.

I love working out here it's nice and clean . However, I've never visited a planet fitness where I've encountered a rude employee on more than one occasion. I brought two of my sisters there on different days and the little Hispanic girl, whom always seems to have a grouchy attitude, really pissed me off. Today(9/15/17 around 3pm)I attempted to ask her a question regarding bringing in guest with me and she intentionally kept ignoring me and talking over me. I don't know if the employees are rude to customers because of the location in Dallas because I've read plenty of bad reviews of their staff. But luckily a new one will be built in Cedar Hill pretty soon.

Great place to work out. Staff are very helpful. Membership fees are definitely more reasonable compared to other gyms. It's clean. Especially good for me as it's so close to my place of residence. And if you need a trainer to design a workout program for you that is available.

Great staff and the I'm able to walk in and get straight to working out, never too crowded.

Erik was very helpful our first time there, he greeted us as soon as my husband and I stepped inside the door with a smile in his face and full of excitement . Was very friendly and energetic, best planet fitness we've been to so far. Clean, a lot of equipment and very nice. Don't let the negative comments fool you. Seems like this would be our only permanent location.

Horrible!!Just went in to take a look and the unconcerned staff was HORRIBLE!I told them I had never been in before and wanted to check it out! A young lady finally came from behind the desk and began to tell membership prices as if she was in a race to get rid of me!!!!After which she stated "any questions?" !!"Yes!!!! I have no idea what I would be joining because I've NEVER been here before "!!So...She took me around just as fact as she explained THE PRICES!!! And then stated "the paperwork ( on the table) is yours"I simply walked out!WELL THERE GOES THAT THOUGHT OF JOINING PLANET FITNESS!! I hope the others are better!This one obviously doesn't need members!

Horrible...their customer service in the gyms and in the corporate office is just despicable. My membership has been over for a while and they refuse to cancel my membership if I don't go to the home location. I've been trying to cancel the membership since April. They said I couldn't until May. I told them again in May and still nothing. Now it's June 08, 2016 and still nothing. I told them I've been sick and can't go to the location and a letter takes forever. They have cost me around $100+ in fees. And they still won't cancel my acct. I haven't used their services for a while since most of the locations have very rude employees. An overall zero stars...no concern for customer satisfaction whatsoever!! Don't be fooled!!!

I went there today inquiring about membership and the experience was actually Great !!! The building is totally clean and I was amazed at the cleanliness of the restrooms and shower stalls. I am definitely going to Join and take advantage of the Awesome workout equipment !!! I love the entire set up...Signed, Teresa W aka Truly impressed..

I've been working out at this location for almost two months now. Have been a member at a couple of other national chain gyms and this is without a doubt the best bang for the buck! Clean gym and diverse equipment. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. If you want to get in shape without the drama and "club scene" atmosphere...this is your place.

This site is a nice place; clean, good staff, and stock is never in disarray or lacking. The cleaning staff is very thorough with the floor, locker rooms, and shower areas. The gym staff is very knowledgeable about the equipment, times for use of specialized apparatuses, and the drinks stay in abundance.The gym is not a training ground for Olympic athletes. The people come in all shapes and sizes ANNND races. I've never witnessed any type of disruption from other members that would lead me to view the place in a negative way. There will always be people who are SOCIAL and enjoy their time at the gym in a different ways. Those who are neurotic may view this socializing in a negative way because they are unable to adjust as a normal person might. There are plenty of ways to make your gym experience self contained, and then what others are saying will not affect your workout.The gym is a fine place because all share the same mind set of getting in shape in a small amount of time available to the working class. The late hours are phenomenal because not all the working class work in the daytime.I would recommend this site to any one who has a lifestyle that might benefit from its services.
