Absolutely love Bar Method White Rock! Beautiful space, wonderful staff and community, and (most importantly to me) a GREAT workout. Would recommend that anyone try out this gem by the lake

I love this studio. I'm not quite at 2 weeks,and I'm already stronger. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with modifications for injury. The entire staff is amazing, helpful, and quick to assist with form. So happy I gave it a shot.

Love the classes here! I am super uncoordinated, inflexible and well...just clumsy. And I can still do these classes! The teachers are really nice, and non-judgmental (important for someone like me who gets intimidated very easily by group exercise). Love this place!

Ally is the best! Her classes are challenging, yet fun, and she is a wealth of knowledge. You will feel the burn! In addition, the studio is extremely clean, inviting, and in perfect order…a classy fitness experience!

I have seen real results going to the bar method 2x a week continuously. I like that it doesn't bulk you up or make you race through workouts where you're likely to injure yourself. My legs feel stronger when I run since doing regular classes at TBM. The instructors are all very nice and there are people of all ages and body types there.
