My wife and I have been members for over 5yrs. Lately, we come on the weekends, we feel like we are in a homeless shelter. It is dirty, offensive odor, jacuzzi was broken for weeks. No one comes to fix it. This location is dirty and getting dirtier.

you couldn't pay me to go to this gym and that is not hyperbole. What an absolute dump. The ratio of broken to working equipment is a disgrace. The facilities are TERRIBLE. The men's locker room is absolutely AWFUL - there are jails with cleaner bathrooms. DO NOT USE THIS GYM.

Upstairs near Zumba class, even after 3 hours, smells of body odor as well as the area for working out with the machines. The stench is offensive. The equipment (treadmill) makes such an offensive and irritating noise, because of no maintenance, that we left after less than 5 minutes. Complained to front desk of noise machine was making. They could care less. Told them again upon leaving. They never went over to the machine to put "not in working order" on the treadmill. The place is dirty, especially the men's room for changing. Nothing improved over the last 20 years. It is filthy and poorly maintained. This location should be closed down because it is so unsanitary. Will not go there ever again. Will go to the location in either Pacifica, Millbrae or San Mateo. The Daly City location, as well as some of its members, is an embarrassment to the company and the community. People, get your act together and members that go there, please treat the place as you would your own home or the home of your parents. Haven't you been raised and trained to respect the property of others? Quit throwing trash on the floor, bringing your trash and overfilling the garbage can at the foot of the stairs, quit talking so loudly on your cell phone as if you were at home. Your loud voices carry over throughout the entire gym. People do not want to hear your petty conversation as if it were the most important thing in the world. Staff should take care of problems when they are brought to their attention. I would fire every single one of them. Their jobs depend on how they run the facility. Treat it with respect and not as if you own them nothing and quit treating members as if they are second rate citizens. If this location goes out of business, it will be a result of how you treat you employer and the members and the location where they come to exercise. What is your problem?

Clean facilities, lots of machines and options to get your work out done. I must say this the sauna and steam room are the best. Hot hot like they should, clean clear. You should go after 10 am so you won't wait for anything, parking or machines.

Last time I was here about 7 months ago and I asked about the ventilation in the downstairs areas especially the restroom, and they said they was going to fix it, I came today and they haven't fixed anything this is the worst smelling place ever! Don't these owners know that they won't make more money by being cheap and lazy!! This is a disgrace! This also shows the kind of employees that work here they should care, it's obvious they don't ether.

Good gym lots of space and machines. Only problems is they dont have dumbbells in 17.5 20 or 35 etc. Kinda hard but it has forced me to lift more which is alright. Only downside is locket rooms are filthy as they get. Always bring sandals. A renovation for locker room floors and stalls would welcomed by me and my freinds.

This place can do a lot better. To sum it up - it's a filthy and broken down place. EVERYTHING is dirty. Even the tash can outside their building overflowing and disgusting. Inside - the floors, the machines, bathrooms, lockers all dirty. Along with being dirty, many things are broken or breaking. Machines with missing/broken handles. Treadmills that dont work. There is even a leg extension machine you cant adjust. One of the adjustment levers is permanently stuck - I wonder if someone got hurt on it if the gym would be liable? The folks are extremely nice. But their commitment to the gym is concerning. I walk in and 99% of the time they are sitting at a desk away from the check in area. Looking at their computer. Can they re rack weights? Grab a broom/mop? U less they are ordering some much needed parts for machines, cant they be doing something to improve the physical environment of the gym? The only reason I come here is the convenience. If you can go somewhere else, do it.

The worst location I have ever gone too. Honestly, they need a new building, not a friendly setup. The wet area is not cool at all. The pool bottom looks dirty and hot tube had way too much clorin in it. The downstairs reminds me of a place you get robbed at on the late night.

Only if i could give a zero i would....this place is dirty, old, and stinks.Equipments need to be replaced, bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned for years, pool, jacuzzi and every corner are just so bad. If you think of 24hr fitness you always think a clean gym but this one is worser than prison’s gym maybe i’m just being exagerated but it’s really bad. Not worth of my money, i wish theres a closer one. This is place needs to be reported to management.

Probably one of the most disgusting gyms I've ever walked into. I know my standards are high because I frequent the Super Sport in Walnut Creek, but this place is too much.The facility is not only old, the equipment is withered down and the bathroom/locker is disgusting. I've gone back a few times because I had no choice. I've noticed that the same equipment is always inadequate.I wonder sometimes how the facility gives tours to prospective members. I would be embarrassed to even work there.
