Absolutely disgusting !!! I thought we were supposed to be clean during COVID ! Tanning bed floors a mess beds are broken can’t read buttons that are supposed to be readable for safety. Do not go to this location it is a mess !!! Can’t find anyone up front in the evening time.

Not a safe location. My car as well as others had the windows smashed and belongings stolen. From what the cop said it happens often. The staff did not care. There were 3 cars that were broken into. The first woman knew for 10 minutes before I knew and I knew several minutes before the other person. None of us knew until we were leaving and saw our cars. He did not try to let anyone know that cars had been broken into. I will be going to sugar creek location from now on.

Been going back and forth with which gym to make my home gym. Pretty sure it's going to be this one. The people at the front counter are pretty chill and the overall atmosphere of the place is too. So if you're looking for a gym, definitely give them a try, you're worth it

Visited this location a month ago. And the location was disgusting. Floors unkept and machines dusty. If the guests didn’t wipe down machines they would NEVER get cleaned. Review left with PF main page and no one has reached out to me. No one said hello on entry or exit.

I showed up this morning at 7am when they are supposed to open. I ended up leaving at 7:35am because no one showed up to open the gym. There were about a dozen other guests that showed up also, that ended up leaving before I did. You should consider have at least to employees open the gym on the weekends in case someone no shows. I hope this doesn't happen often because I just signed up 2 days ago and so far I am not impressed.

I was going to join, until I found out that you MUST connect your checking account to your membership, for auto withdrawals. They would not allow payment by credit card, or even ore payments with cash. Which is crazy for a place that allows you to cancel at any time. You should never connect your checking account for auto withdrawals, you're asking for fraud, or over draw bank fees. So, I went to another gym that allows connection to a credit card. I understand Planet Fitness not wanting to pay the service fees for credit cards, but allow the option for the customer to pay the additional 2.5% fees, or pay in cash, up front. You're losing business because of your obsurd insistence on connecting to a checking account.

I do love their layout, and that they have the machines "spaced out" for a seemless workout. Equipment seems to be well taken care of. They make it really easy to try them out with an online "reservation" even if you don't have a membership. Will definitely be checking out more locations and probably getting my own card soon! Thanks!

Had to go to this location because the power was out in mine. This is the first time I've been to a different one. The setup was different and it was smaller but I liked it. Same equipment just not as much. Could've been cleaer . My gym has lockers Were you concede them while working out. This gym should do that also. This gym had newer elliptical machines I did like that

As someone who competes and trains with serious athletes including bodybuilders, powerlifters, and weightlifters, this is not the place for those people. But, definitely for your average gym goer and for people on a budget. I understand and respect the idea of being against body shaming, but you are shaming against serious lifters who usually fit that description in this picture. Usually when lifting heavy weights, you are supposed to drop it to avoid injury. If you are against body shaming then please practice what you preach.

This is the dirtiest Planet Fitness I’ve ever visited. I visited this location twice this month, a few weeks apart, and the floors were disgusting both times. There were paper towel shards, mud, trash, and salt marks all over the entire gym floor including the bathroom. The equipment is also old and outdated compared to the many locations I’ve visited. The staff is friendly and the gym is fairly big, those are the only two positives.
