This has to be the worst gym that I have dealt with ever first off my Girlfriend about a year ago had a membership and somehow they charged her 10,000 on her account and it went through because she was on a joint account with her mother and nobody had a reason at all. Then fast forward to today I gave them a chance I thought maybe it was a one time error but no it wasn't. The area manager or finance department are unreasonable and you will pay more than they say your suppose to. I am absolutely done with this company and I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up they are fraud...

I like that its clean and 24 hours with plenty of equipment to use. My only problem is the staff they dont seem very connected to thier customers, I never Got my tour i had a girl point at things around the gym as we stood there getting my keytag,Its not that the girl was rude she was friendly, it just feel like they dont make time to meet the needs of customers and make you feel comfortable.

My first time going to this gym was last Monday and the guy at the counter, Chris, was extremely helpful and friendly! I was wearing a university of Toledo shirt and he made som conversation about it like we were old friends, which I liked a lot. Great first impression. Very clean gym and friendly and helpful staff! Just bummed I didn't get my free shirt /:

Don't sign up at this gym. It's not worth the hassle. They don't seem to understand how to correctly bill your account each month. And if you decide to quit your membership, they continue to bill your account, causing you to rack up monthly charges. But the catch is that they do not bother to notify you that this is happening. Nothing. When you need assistance, no one is around to help. And there's one member at this location who was in the news for a high-profile sexual assault case. It was actually quiet shocking to see him there. With so many other options around town, you can do better.

Never got my free shirt for signing up, the manager is rude! Staff inconsistent with gym policies. I was a black card member which means u get unlimited use of massage chairs but yet i was given a time limit even when the gym wasnt packed, limited machines. I feel like they harassed my guest, and when i let it be known that i wasnt happy with it, the manager could care less if i cancelled so i did and its actually the best choice I've made. The water fountain was down for like 4 months then when it was fixed the water was hot, used to have t.v in the locker room, now its just off with no signal.

Been a member about 4 years. It's clean and a lot of cardio options. Not a fan of the music but I use an iPod anyway ! Employees are usually friendly and helpful.

I also belong to the Y and will have to say the patrons at the Y are much friendlier. I don't hold that against PF as that is not their direct doing, but this is the second time I joined and I have yet to receive a t shirt for signing up. Yes, that is wrong.

You have some work to do Ty Singleton. Nepotism isn't an ethical business practice, hiring your brother in law as manager? He didn't work for it lol and honestly people like you will go down for exploiting my industry. I would never work for someone like you. Blueprint Fitness is a scam and its just another way for you to make more money. What's sad is you've been getting away with it and what's sad is you've underpaid past employees. Note to self people of Google: there are better facilities that will actually care about you not just your credit cards.

No one mentioned an annual fee would be charged to my credit card when I signed up. When I called to ask what the charge was, I told him I hadn't been informed of it. He told me it was in the contract (which shows up in about 2 point font on the credit card machine). They walk you through what you are signing and give you a summary of what each page is. Oddly forgot to mention the fee. Definitely will not be going back here.

The reusable towels are so gross because all that does is transfer sweat from machine to machine. Asking for a MRSA outbreak. Also the tanning beds don't have paper towel or spray in them so I've walked in many times to see someone else's dried sweat all over the bed. Lastly, the place seems to be very understaffed. Takes 10 min just to get access to the tanner or massage chairs.
