I have been coming here for several years. I was very happy with the cleanliness at first.And the place just keeps getting dirtier and dirtier. Today there was mold in the water fountain. Plus they never seem to change the filter it’s been showing red for weeks. to There’s so much dirt and dust bunnies on the floor it’s getting disgusting.

The staff members are friendly. I am simply speaking to how the building is maintained. The roof leaks which has nothing to do with the staff members it has everything to do with corporate not caring for this location. The water bottle filling stations filters need to be changed out and replaced. They are kept clean from the staff. There are so many broken things like the message chairs that corporate simply doesn't take pride within the location.

The female restroom was grungy... gross toilets, broken faucet, broken soap dispenser, and overflowing trash. Looks like they don't do regular cleaning and it shows. The building maintenance is lacking too, pieces of ceiling tiles were falling down. One of the grossest gyms I've ever been to.Update: recieved a generic response regarding this review. Here's my reply to that: either your leadership isn't paying attention to the condition of this location or they're indifferent. You have other reviews pointing out the same broken handle on that sink. If you don't want to put time and effort into maintaining your facility that's fine. I'll go to any of the other ones within four miles that are far better than your location.

Yikes! Dark place. Equipment is in need of repairs. The guy at the front desk is so involved in his phone he totally ignored me. Wow! Is there an owner of this club? Wow! One of the worst clubs to date! This gets my: there are better places to go!Update May 25/2022: Yikes! Is there anyone that actually works here? Wow! Very sad to see in less than a month to see things change, but worse. Wow! Couldn't believe the gamer at the front desk. So engrossed in his games on his tablet. I was able to watch him from each place I worked out. This is a dream job for this person at the desk. Couldn't hardly turn his head from his game. It wasn't just me trust me on that. This club needs help. The clients deserve better than a gamer that ignores them at the front desk.They are better places where they are positive and energetic and welcoming.

I would second Olivia, the worst maintained Planet Fitness in the Dayton area. There is one massage bed and it's been out of service for over two months now. The massage chairs are worned out to holes. I do not believe that anyone mops the floors in this gym ever. Will you please hire a cleaning crew at least once a month?There was a penny on a floor in the restroom literally for over a year, ugh.When I asked the staff about a massage bed status at the front desk, they seemed bothered and rude, telling me to call the Corporate office? Aren't we, customers, collectively paying you to do your job?Will you please resolve these concerns?Thank you!

One of the trainers got all upset about me and my buddy bench pressing. It was a pretty scary situation. I won’t ever go there again.

I hope there is another pandemic and these gyms go broke can't cancel a membership online or by phone I have to go in person but I moved from another state their online transfer system is broke asfk everything to rob you out of 25 dollars even though the contract has expired you will still get charged because that's the scam

Clean but machine broke down & outdated. Only have water, no protein drinks or teas or anything else other locations have. Was really surprised by this considering it’s in centerville. But it is clean.

Clean and comfortable. Love the app because of the "Crowd Meter" which let's me know how busy they are. I get in, do my work and get out. Lots of equipment and room. Staff is friendly too.

Great environment, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, etc. Definitely glad we switched. Saving time and money while still being able to work out.
