Amir was super friendly helping us log in to our app and get us set up for the new changes. He was friendly with every question I asked! Thank you for good customer service !

First visit was disappointing as a new member I expected to be given a tour or at least asked if I wanted a tour. What I got was here is your key tag, staff was not friendly and seemed more interested in their phones instead. Hopefully going to a different location tonight wont be as bad as yesterday

Despite the new equipment, the Centerville locale is going downhill since I joined a few years. Too many "lunks" as the gym calls them trying to occupy multiple machines, people using benches for a phone and water bottle rests. Too many people getting weights off the rack and working out right in front of the rack blocking others. One day I witnessed one guy with 5 sets of dumbbells all to himself and watched others looking for said weights. People have gotten way to inconsiderate of others while working out. And if you're worried at at all about Covid-19, stay away, despite receiving an email stating masks are to be worn at all times, it definitely isn't being enforced, at all.

The current managers Paul and at ease has down a remarkable job of keeping the equipment in working order, the restrooms and tanning beds clean and making sure each person has a great workout. Kudos!!! Thumbs ☝.

They lack some machines that I use at other planet fitness locations and tanning bulbs are rarely if ever changed. But the sections are nicely spread out. Good if you like to not be crowded.

One thing I've learned about working out is go to a place with a variety of equipment to maximize work performance and results. The rest is up to the one sweating. Plenty of machines (some recently updated), and great deal for the price. Staff is friendly, and familiar with regulars. One thing I wish would change is all the camping on key equipment. Need more bench, and free weights. It would be nice if the staff would police the popular areas. Maybe set up a coffee bar with more chairs as to camp so those more dedicated to screen time can continue in a designated area. People want to work out not talk about working out. Just sayin. Other than that-it works.

I went here visiting from out of town. The place is clean and the staff friendly. Their black card area is nice and well maintained.

Poorly setup, very few machine cleaner stations so if you want to follow the rules you have to walk halfway across the gym every time you need to change equipment. Not worth the money.

Staff is much better than prior years management. Would rate 5 stars if there were more barbell and dumbbell benches + some stair stepper machines.

I love this place only issue is they need to update their equipment. On the treadmills they have the attachments for the very 1st iPhone made🤣 If they can update this issue. 4 starts all around. …
