Its spacious, people mind their own business, the 360 room is really great for floor exercises and exercises not requiring equipment. Still need to learn to use the 30min rotation room. It serves its purpose.

I showed up to (turkey lake) location about a month ago and there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the building. When I approached the manager she blew me off and pointed at a sign. I said “this is disgusting, if you do not have paper towels or toilet paper how are you cleaning machines?!”. It’s not a functioning bathroom without toilet paper and the business should be closed down until you get paper towels to clean the machines. I informed the manager I wouldn’t be returning due to her attitude and lack of customer service tact. Fast forward to today I showed up to (orange city) location, the location I have been frequenting, and they track me down in the bathroom while I was showering and tell me I am banned for being “aggressive” at the other location a month ago. Mind you I have been going to this location close to every day for a month. Take accountability for your own actions and inability to order products correctly to keep your facility sanitary and in working order. I was not aggressive I was disgusted with the state of the bathrooms and the fact that you all were just standing at the front doing nothing.UPDATE: It has been weeks and no one has gotten back to me. No one has remedied this situation or tried to make it right.

Great place to go, I go 3 days a week and feel real good afterwards.You go at your own pace, no one tells you what to do how to do it. Try it you’ like it!!

This gym is awesome! From the moment you step inside and catch the smell of raw sewage, you’re ready to go. There’s plenty of motivation to get out on the floor and train because the locker room and bathrooms are disgusting. You also won’t waste any time in the sauna because the members are still figuring out electricity and keep pouring water onto the coils. There are quite a few cardio options but, you don’t really need them because you’ll get plenty of cardio walking and searching for the weights you need because nobody re-racks anything. Wanna be famous? Outstanding, between the film studios set up on the floor and the photo shoots in the bathroom you have plenty of chances to be seen. You’ll also have plenty of inspiration as members walk around with no shirts on without any fear of having any standards upheld by the staff. You’ll feel good about getting your workout in but you’ll feel even better if you take the time to clean everyone’s sweat wipes off the floor and machines. If you don’t feel like cleaning that day, just show up after 9am and there’s no wipes or paper towels left to trash the place with. Come on in and join today, not because it’s worth it, but because like most of us, you don’t have many other options

Had the worst experience ever with an employee with a nose ring. Don't go here you will only be treated badly. Very sad.

Want to cancel? It took me 3 month and 3 visits to the front desk to speak with management and mailing a letter.. they took 3 payments after I first request the cancellation.I was told they would request a refund, but never happened

The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. The staff is always cleaning the machines. I’ve never had an issue not being able to work on a machine I wanted to because there’s so many. I highly recommend this planet fitness
