Clean facility and helpful staff in Denton Texas on University Blvd.. Great equipment, well spaced, and helpful staff. Staff will recommend certain workout routines, weights, and machines to develop specific muscle groups—if you ask.

Love going to this location with my husband. Definitely a judgment free place, nice and clean, and the staff has always been wonderful! I do wish there was more free weights. That area is always taken up, while most of the cardio machines are open. Other than that I have zero complaints about this place!
