First, they change the closing hours from being a 24/7 gym. They now close early Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On the days they close, aside from closing early they start turning off the lights 40 mins before they close, rushing you to finish your workout! At 30 mins before closing they turn off more light, and 15 mins before closing they leave you to workout in the dark! Very unprofessional! I don’t see the point in closing Sunday at 7pm just to reopen 5 hours later. Ridiculous!

Great. Check hours before going they tend to switch hours up at times. Hard to follow schedule. Also it's dark in there. They need better lights. But I do like it. staff is very nice, helpful, and it's close to me. So Yes I love it

Best gym I’ve ever had. If people make fun of you for going here gold’s gym orders the same dumbbells as them so there is no difference. Get as ripped as Arnold Schwarzenegger on a budget. Staff is immaculate.

The staff, General manager are all very professional. Great Gym! Clean and well maintained. As an update. The staff continues to excel with customer service especially the night staff joseph. I always see him moving around cleaning. A great employee to deal with. very professional!

I love this gym but I am uncomfortable with the fact that prior to closing time, the lights are turned off. As a former employee/manager at a recreation/fitness facility I find this way of communication unsafe and passive. My former place of work would just make announcements 30, 15, and 5 minutes prior to closing. Why can’t PF do that instead of shutting off the lights mid rep? Finishing up your workout in the dark can definitely be unsafe.Other than that I really love PF and will continue to go there!

Between this one and the one on the Loop you havr pretty much every machine you could think of. Would be great if they all worked all the time tho, however most seem to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Been going here for over 6 years and never had any issues.

It's a nice place with a lot of different workout equipment. I normally go in the middle of the night and there are some people there that have a different way of working out than I do. Like taking off their shoes and getting the whole gym smelling like feet. Or just starting at you. But other than that, it's pretty good. Just make sure to call the store if there's inclement weather and you're wanting to go to the gym. They might be closed.*Edit about response*I never said anything about having a poor experience with the staff. The gentleman that's normally working during that time is always cleaning or helping someone at the desk.

Join the club plenty of equipment to work out on to keep fit more than what is pictured

Negative:This one is old, missing about half of the expected equipment. Go to the other one in south Denton unless you're just going for cardio. 1 in 4 machine WOBBLED while I used them (granted this was on max weight but still) and the max weight on them was not enough for someone who has only been going to the gym for 1 year.Positive:Dim lighting, and friendly people. Seemed more social than most gyms.Nice vibe but not enough good equipment.

David greeted me with a friendly welcome on arrival and took me on a tour of the facility since it was my first time. He took his time was patient and made sure he answered all my questions. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable. He made sure that I knew how to use the extra perks (water massager, tanning bed, massage chair) that come with my Black Card. The other staff members working that day were friendly and made me feel at home. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the organization of machines and weights. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Planet Fitness and can't wait to return!
