I'm glad that this location is in such a convienent place. The costs to use the gym's services are also reasonable. I'm sure that a lot of people will be exercising indoors in a new way now that the coronavirus pandemic is winding down.

Lots of cleaning stations, social distancing at your discretion, plenty of machines and weights and treadmills to choose from....only had one guy abandon his machine for 5 minutes to go take pics with his buddy them get upset with me for using the machine. Other than that, highly recommend!

Horribly abusive company basically promoting a big lie that other gyms are scary places while pushing a fitness agenda that can be summed up by just show up once in a while and pay us, we don't need your health or life to improve. Also, they are constantly self promoting with obnoxious adverts in the gym when we are already customers. The whole place is creepy for more reasons than I can cover here.

I loved how clean the building and the equipment was. Everyone kept a good distance between each other and wore masks, I was very thankful for that. This was our first trip back to the gym since covid and I’m excited to keep going.

28 Feb 2021 (0930 hrs) well! Sunday attitudes greatly differ from Saturday. Dropped in, counter staff had her face in her cell phone until the tag reader beeped, then she looked up and said "welcome something". Then face back down to her phone. When I departed PF she didnt even bother. Her cell phone was to important to give customer service.27 Feb 2021 - WOW! New staff and once I logged in they called me by my name and said by as I was leaving. I think the manager from the PF off I-35 should spend a week at this PF learning how to treat customers, so he can teach his staff.5 July 2020 - Im impressed, I just saw one of the staff walking the floor, she had her hands behind her back, indicating a relaxed state, instead of sitting on the counter with her cell phone in her hand. 👍 Staff should always mingle with the customers.Staff call you by your name. Greet you when you arrive and when you leave. I feel comfortable going to this gym.June 23, 2020 - A week ago management called to let me know that the showers were opened. lol! Im cool with that, as a travel crisis nurse I rely on them, otherwise I would have to use my Jeeps shower or Loves. There wasnt many gym members yet, which is nice in a way. However, I would like to points out that the staff were more interested in what was happening on their cell phones, then what was happening around them. This isn't the time for that, right now they should be mingling with the custmers, creating chit chat and thanking them for returning. Basically drumming up good customer relations. You should always say good bye before they reach the door. Bad manners to talk to someones back. Oh! Previous staff called you by your name. Where are they?Jan 14, 2020 - shower had considerable mildew for at least a week, told management yesterday, today it's still there. Are they cleaning the showers daily? I guess that "thank you" yesterday was just lip service.

Early morning, not crowded. Easy to move between machines. Staff was friendly. Environment was clean and maintained. And, unlike the south Denton location, they have hot showers.

My husband and I decided it was time to get in shape. Pre pandemic we had started going to a smaller gym that made us feel uncomfortable and you had to wait to use machines because there just wasn’t much equipment. Since starting back and now at Planet Fitness we enjoy going so much more and we never feel uncomfortable or have to wait on any machines. Plus, getting a chair massage or doing the hydro beds after a workout feels awesome! :)

planet fitness is an okay at best place to work out. The machinery is limited and very little free weights. They pride themselves on being a safe environment when they promote the opposite. You have to lift in fear because if you accidentally drop a weight to hard you get kicked out. This place gives me extreme anxiety and rules need to be changed. This "safe environment" is actual an anxiety inducing, sad, dump.

I love the location. It's not the biggest Pf, but it has everything I needed to get a good workout in. I came in the morning and I must say, the lighting needs some attention. It was bright outside, but it was kinda dark in there. Well, something to think about.

This is one of the smaller PF locations but it's very clean and the staff is extremely helpful/friendly. I like the fact that you have the option to wear a mask while working out or not. The machines provide social distance so you don't necessarily work out with anyone next to you.
