When your sweaty and wants a HOT shower. They need to fix their hot shower. Seeing that this issue is already more than a month issue. Still the same and no improvement.

Love it. Clean. Friendly front desk staff. Plenty of equipment (even when the gym is busy) ... and the value for the price is great. I love the "Judgment Free Zone," and the hydro massage is my reward for working out.

I love this gym! It's always clean, and there is never a wait for equipment. Andrew and Ronan are always so positive and greet members with high-fives. It is great motivation to go to the gym when the atmosphere is positive like this!

Every time I take a chance and come here for my workout the hot water doesn’t work right.Two months ago (on my last visit) the hot water didn’t work only worked in the disabled stall when all the showers were running.This visit the hot water worked for 5 minutes, then went instantly to ice cold for the rest of my shower.This speaks to poor management. I’ll try again in a few months and give another report then.

Been coming here for years and the fact that this facility has been without hot running water for over a month is making me consider moving my membership elsewhere.

I'm giving three starts bc I really like my gym. It's clean, kept up, and all the machines are in great condition. However, the staff is really rude. It happened on two separate occasions and ive only been a member for a few days. On one occasion, I was asking for more info on the new amenity and the guy literally giggled at me in my face. The second time, I asked to use a tanning bed and that employee was clearly annoyed by me and rolled his eyes. He asked me what bed I wanted but I couldn't hear him bc he was at the far side of the front desk area but couldn't be bothered to walk up the side of the front area i was at. I asked him to repeat himself and he threw a lot of attitude at me. I was thinking "well if you would come over here and actually assist me, maybe I'd know what you said dude" the music is blasting and so are the fans. So yeah 3 stars.

I have asked for a manager higher up than in the store to call me . Been over a week no call!! The tanning rooms are extremely hot . Like nauseous HOT. The doors are all kept shut . Needs more air and better ventilation. The price is great , but accommodating is bad ! The hydro bed # 4 is not working on a regular basis . Only 2 beds . That’s not acceptable. In women’s restrooms. The paper towels are setting on top of the trash can!! Have not put paper towels in the holder in over a month . Service is not what it use to be , when I started a few years ago .
