The staff here is awesome! Amazing personal trainers. The gym is small for the amount of people that go so it is quite crowded during prime times, but it is well organized and most people are great about sharing

This gym is small, but has some of the best yoga teachers here out of any colorado 24 hour fitness facilties. Two levels at this place, downstairs is just for cardio and is setup fairly well. Even have a punching bag which is almost unique for 24 hour. The TRX system is also on main level, but is by the trainer's area. The upstairs has there group X room and a decent one at that. The weights are also on this level, and they did what they could to situate the machines, but man, no room to work with during peak times, too many machines!!

This place is extremely crowded, which can make working out in peak times very frustrating. Although this is something management can't avoid, what they can avoid is allowing their trainers to take over community space for classes or to train an individual. You can't have a class taking place in the group class room and allow your trainers to take over the TRX space downstairs. It leaves the other 100+ guests fighting for very little space!

I joined, went through the up-selling rigor, and then used the facility once. After my initial experience, I was disgusted: machines not wiped down after use, no evidence of the staff cleaning the machines, locker rooms smelled like mold, dirty showers (mold, mildew, scum, etc.), inconvenient spray and towels to self clean machines after use, and finally the rowing machines are under the stairs because there is not enough room. When I cancelled, the "manager" asked why after such a short time I cancelled. When I explained, she argued every issue I had, which says to me she didn't care since she didn't listen. No thanks, no way, never again.

So, yes, some of the popular rumors around 24 fitness are true. Sometimes one of the roid monkeys will huff and puff real loud for a set or two. Occasionally there are a bad set of implants flopping around on the stairmaster in a leotard. But the benefits are pretty obvious too. The gym is kept up very well, the equipment is up to date and seldom has any problems, and the staff is very friendly. Also the value for the buck is great.

Good: Equipment is in good shape, all the staff I've interacted with are super friendly.Bad: This gym is never not crowded. I work from home and have come in at every possible time between about 9am-4pm. I've literally never been able to use the squat rack or bench press and it's a 50/50 chance that even a single flat bench near the free weights is available. Not the gym's fault but this place is always ridiculously crowded during the day.

Small, cramped gym with not enough equipment for the serious lifter. The staff is often rude or unhelpful. The only good thing about this gym is the location!

Don't go here. I signed up for a year membership with the reassurance that if I moved, it could be cancelled. Well, I moved six months later and they refused to cancel my membership. They even asked me for more info than the government requires for address changes, information I didn't have (don't have a lease at the moment). They made the claim that my contract was for a year and went month to month after that. Well, it's over a year later and I just got a call from them asking for updated payment information because the monthly payment didn't go through SIX MONTHS after I first told them I moved and requested a cancellation. Don't give them any of your information.

UPDATE: Downgrading review. How many years of complaints are you going to receive before putting something as simple as a 2nd bench press & squat rack in your crappy gym?? These are staple exercises but one of each is short-sighted. It's absolutely ridiculous to watch people line up to wait for these with so much space being taken up by unused machines in the middle of the floor but at least we have somewhere to sit while we wait forever to bench or squat. Waited half an hour for the bench press at 10am on a Wednesday because a single dude was doing his whole CrossFit routine using the bench & bar. Wasn't even doing bench presses. You would think employees would see this & do something but nope, the very few so-called "trainers" that are up there are like the guy in the pics here, training n00bs the incorrect, very dangerous for your spine way while posing with their Redbull & leaning against the very weight the client is trying to lift. They also walk right past dudes standing on balls doing heavy barbell curls & women doing pushups on upright dumbells. Not using the bar horizontally for stability, but standing the dumbells ON THEIR ENDS! Faceplant anyone?? Real classy, 24hr "Fitness". And others mentioned "nicest equipment" & "cleanest locker rooms & facilities in Denver" which has to be a joke (or an employee review). As of June 2016 they are & have been disgusting for as long as I've been a member. I've contacted management a number of times over the years but nothing has changed here since 2008. Luckily I'm a fully paid lifetime member & can go to the other ones. Avoid this one like the plague because that's most likely what you'll catch if you go there.-----------ORIGINAL REVIEW - 2009Nice & clean but tiny. Plenty of good treadmills & ellipticals downstairs to watch your morning shows & daytime soaps on but the "weight" room upstairs is lacking tons. Pretty much only 1 of everything bench & machine wise which results in pretty lengthy wait times just to get a set in. With no room for expansion or adding as little as one more dumbbell, if you're on a specific routine this gym ain't gonna cut it.

I agree with everyone - more squat racks and bench press benches are crucial for this gym to be successful. It's sad to see friends cancel their memberships because they complain the gym is too small, too crowded. This area of Denver is growing, and so too should this 24 hour fitness. Great company, usually good gyms, but this one is pathetic
