Really nice staff. And super close to my house, but it’s pretty small and lots of stuff is broken all the time. It’ll do.

Website says try three days for free and receptionist charged my partner with 50 minutes left of being opened. Negotiated 10 bucks for the day and didn’t fill out any paperwork, so pretty sure he pocketed the “day pass” charge.

So this used to be my go to gym but it is far too crowded at any given point during the day anymore. At what point do you stop accepting people? It’s ridiculous. 1 bench?! It’s a no from me.

I’ve been going to this 24hr Fitness since 2012 and honestly it’s not the nicest gym in world but it’s close to home and gets the job done. The staff is amazing except it seems like there is a fast turnover and new employees circulating in and out on the daily. Then again, it is a big box gym and they probably are overworked and underpaid.I know 24 has been dealing with financial issues but hopefully one day soon they can update some of the machines to make it even better/nicer. Otherwise I feel like they will loose a lot of members once the new Lifetime gets put in. Overall it’s a great place to workout and everyone is extremely friendly.

Came in at 8:00pm on a Friday. Was told they close at 9pm. First red flag, I thought this was a 24 hour fitness.I live in the area and was looking for a new gym, so I asked the short man at the desk about their 3 day guess pass. He asked if I had a “local” ID, which I showed him. He then said I needed to live in Denver. I live in Wheatridge (if you’re actually from Denver you’d know that this gym is directly in between the two) and showed him that my address on my ID is 6 min drive from the gym. This wasn’t enough “proof” for him. He then said the only way I could get in was by paying the $15 day fee. I paid just because I already took preworkout and drove over. Overall the equipment was dirty and old. There was trash everywhere. I was actually considering getting a membership but after this interaction I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere!

I just had to renew my membership...I've been a platinum member for 2 years and due to it being overcrowded and machines being broken weekly I wanted to switch to the $10 a month plan. They wanted to charge me a $90 initiation fee. How are you charging me an initiation fee if I've already been a member. I am taking my business elsewhere.

One of the worst 24-hour Fitness branches I’ve ever been to. Poorly maintained and unhygienic. Facilities were on par with a large hotel gym but with dirtier carpeted floors and more treadmills. This place is an embarrassment to the franchise.
