Located at 4600 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO, 24 Hour Fitness is a gym that offers a wide range of equipment and fitness classes. Despite its name, it has limited hours, closing as early as 9 PM on Fridays. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, which adds a positive atmosphere. However, the gym is often overcrowded, making it difficult to use popular machines. There are also complaints about outdated and dirty equipment, which the management has yet to address.
If you live nearby or prefer early morning workouts, this gym could be a convenient choice, especially considering its reasonable membership fees. But be prepared for a crowded environment and occasional maintenance issues.

i love this place, i have been going here for 3 years now, i have met amazing people and staff is always friendly, you can go up to many people and ask for tips and one thing i notice is that in some gyms, the staff doesn't workout and doesn't know what they're doing. here they all know what they're doing, love this place, i been to the other 24 hour fitness and this is my favorite, i don't care if it's small

I have been to 24 hour fitness's all over the country, this one is small yes, but perfectly practical especially for the price. 3 minutes from my house, everyone is very nice and helpful, it has everything i need, so I can't complain. And VERY clean gym, you usually see 24 hour with some sanitation issues but not this one by any means.

The gym is showing its age - the locker room needs remodeling / new lockers and better cleaning. The equipment upstairs is nice, but again, showing its age.

Called to cancel my membership and the manager told me to go online. Once I made an account and went through the website I got to the link about canceling my membership, only to get a damn phone number--was on hold for an hour just to cancel my membership. They couldn't be more eager to get your money, but they lose all sense of customer service when it comes to dropping your membership. Will likely never join a 24hr fitness gym again.

Before I started going here I was under the impression that I would have to pay $300 a month for a decent gym. I was a fool. This place has great instructors, zillions of classes, all of the equipment I could ever want to use, and the staff is always professional and warm to me. Fitness is a big part of my life and I am relieved that (being working class) I can exercise to my hearts content, whenever I can find the time. This is a huge quality of life issue for me and I am grateful that this place exists.

Crowded, limited parking, trainers abrupt and not friendly. No video sound on cardio equipment, very small stretching area. Unfortunately they are the only choice if you want a fairly large fitness place in the Highlands. The Highlands/Berkeley/Sunnyside neighborhoods could really use a good, large volume gym alternative to this place. They'd have customers flocking to them immediately.

So I would like everyone who has given a poor review on 24 hour fitness to know that Anytime Fitness has just opened on 44th and Lowell in the Highlands area. It is a two story gym that provides high quality equipment as well as a friendly atmosphere. There is a large amount of great cardio equipment as well as all weights equipment a muscle builder would need. It also provides yoga and cycling classes as well as a large amount of TRX equipment. It is some of the nicest gym equipment I have seen in a while. It covers all aspects of what any gym member would want. There is also some high technology classes that one can take from a projector for those who want to be trained, while also having actual trainers if you want a trainer. It really just has it all. Also it is not crowded whatsoever and it also 24 hours.

Been going here for 2 years. It is a smaller club, but staff are always friendly and I seldom have to wait for machines or equipment. Locker rooms and facilities are the cleanest in Denver. Parking can be tight at times, but that's life. This is by far my favorite 24hr club in the metro.

This gym is very crowded and needs more parking. Poor maintenance of equipment Need more disinfectant stations for the weight area, sometimes the equipment is downright gross and there is nothing to even wipe it off with. On the plus side, the equipment is newer and of good quality.

No chance getting on a machine without a wait. Classes are packed and hardly have enough room move. Yoga is impossible and completely defeats the purpose, since you can't stretch out without bumping into your neighbor. Worst 24hr gym I've ever been to.
