24 Hour Fitness

I was notified by email that I would not be billed while they are closed. That would make sense, since we’d be paying for absolutely nothing. Instead of that, my credit card has been charged TWICE in the past three weeks. (Including as recently as middle of April, a full MONTH into the shutdown). Dirty and lying company, apparently. Gee thanks 24 hr fitness for having my back when I’m already down to about half my normal work and income. Disgraceful company. If this bankrupts them, it’s karma. Oh and they shut down their call center. How convenient! Easier to rip people off. I’ll be contacting better business bureau.

It’s hard to believe you charged members while the gym was closed and won’t return those funds. I was charged for 2 months despite having suspended my account. Now, in order to retrieve, I have to become a Creditor and go thru your bankruptcy claim process. I highly recommend anyone thinking of signing up for a membership here, DON’T!

Good location and friendly staff, but when actually utilizing the gym? Locker rooms are so small they are virtually unusable. Equipment is ancient. The parking lot has no lighting at night and is unsafe.

Garvin is excellent.... I hope the management recognizes this and gives him a raise and a promotion! He helped me with an issue I was having that made me want to cancel my membership, and now I am staying a member thanks to him. My experience with this gym has drastically improved because of him. He needs to be recognized for this!

Very easy to sign-up, has a wide range of equipment is incredibly reasonably priced. Usually not very crowded - I tend to go around 5am weekdays and 7am or so weekends. I left Colorado Athletic Club Union Station because of overcrowding and limited equipment. If definitely has more amenities but I like 24hr much better.

People need to realize this is a 24 Hour "Active" gym - which means it's smaller. Once you get past that, this gym is great for your everyday workouts. Sure, you might have to compensate here or there if you have a very specific routine in mind and it is busy, but to some complainers it seems that everything has to be more than perfect for them. I've found what times work well for me, and I love it; especially with this location being a two-minute walk from my house. My main complaint is that this club could use a thorough, detailed clean.

This place is super dirty. They didn’t clean the main cardio area. The manager was very unresponsive and was playing on her phone while I waited over 5 minutes to make a purchase! Would not recommend.

The staff here are always nice. The equipment is ok and not great but I enjoy working out here because it is usually peaceful and not too crowded.

Good location but the gym, quite frankly, sucks. One squat rack? You've got to be kidding. Very small, crowded, minimal equipment.

I just signed up and this gym is dirty and half the machines are rusted and hard to adjust. I been going to a YouFit and every machine is clean and jot caked with dirt. This stairmaster is nasty.Wish I could add a pic to this, post.
