Located at 4600 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO, 24 Hour Fitness is a gym that offers a wide range of equipment and fitness classes. Despite its name, it has limited hours, closing as early as 9 PM on Fridays. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, which adds a positive atmosphere. Very crowded weight room, not enough adjustable benches/equipment, if you use the free weight area be prepared to wait half your workout to use the equipment. No help in getting any return after going to this location for less than 2 weeks.

Long time member of 24 hour. It’s a smaller gym, but they honestly have the most customer oriented staff of all the 24 hour fitnesses I’ve been to in the Denver area. Highly recommended!

Great place to work out for the price. Love the group fitness classes- there are some really great teachers. Seems to be busy during the normal hours you would expect, but it’s always clean and the staff is super nice.

Edit: deadlift bar finally arrived after 2 months, so I guess that’s good. The gym needs to be closed for a day for a deep cleaning. It stinks. I’m not sure how the people who work here deal with the stench and filth.Well, it’s been over a month of asking when a new hexagonal deadlift bar would arrive and despite being assured it’s “on its way” there’s no sign of it. It must be shipping from Antarctica given the amount of time it’s taken. Inexcusable.

The only drawback I can find with this gym is that it can get crowded. Everything here is well-maintained and the sheer volume of different workout equipment (TRX, kettlebells, slam balls, Bosu's, exercise class room, tire flip, resistance bands, rowing machines, upright rows, etc.) is astounding for the price you pay.24-Hour Fitness has been a great bang for my buck place to workout. The hours (all 24 of them) are incredibly convenient to fit your schedule and the location is clean compared to other gyms of similar price. I also enjoy the ability to workout at their Sport locations where they have basketball courts, pools, and more rubber plate areas for Olympic style lifts.Again, just be conscious of when you swing by this location because the Denver Highlands folks do enjoy a good workout before and after work.

Awesome gym, come here all the time when I'm in town from California. Easy in and out for me and the balcony is awesome to be able to step outside and take a quick breather. More gyms should have something like this. You would get 5 stars, if you had more toilets here. 2 doesn't cut it, especially when it's a little busy.

I would give this gym 0 stars. It is horrible and a sad excuse for a gym. It is filthy. I have never seen anyone clean. The paper towels and soap are consistently empty.. equipment is always breaking. This is the second time a stair master has broken while I was on one at an 24hr fitness, first for this location. Staff is not helpful in solving issues and again they don't clean the equipment. Stay away from this gym. Waste of money. You're better off going to planet fitness.

The women's locker room/bathroom is not super clean. When I do see the cleaning crew in there, they seem to be doing the most minimal cleaning job possible and are usually on their phone. The treadmills are often all in use and the gym members do not follow the 20 minute maximum if all of a certain type of equipment is in use. The front desk staff are very friendly and it is a very convenient location so I will continue to use this gym but do wish the cleaning crew did a more thorough job.

This place is solid and it’s all I need in a gym but why the hell do they have all the TVs on the news ?? Who is trying to watch nbc while they’re in the treadmill ? Put some damn sports on those tubes!!
