Crowded even during off hours, limited selection of weight stations and an over abundance of cardio equipment. Not even open for 24 hrs

I've been going to the Highlands 24Hr Gym since 2018, I'm surprised I tolerated it for that long! Now that membership has lapsed I'm taking my business to Anytime Fitness nearby. I do not recommend this branch of 24Hr fitness if you're just starting or an avid Gym goer either way, there are better options. It's always busy and small for the number of people. They're not on top of fixing things in time, they did hire more staff for cleaning, but the equipment is OLD and needs to be replaced or fixed. The water fountain was broken for months, the bathroom faucets are always broken. I'm really sad I had to leave 24hr fitness after being a customer for over 10yrs. Also, it's not really 24 hours, but Anytime Fitness I learned is actually 24hr access to even more Gyms internationally.

Crowded, outdated, lack of proper lifting equipment, small. The value of this gym is about 5-10$ for month at most. The only reason people are members here is because it's one of the few options in the area.

I’m actually surprised I was able to tolerate this gym for 2 years. It is so tiny that the only time it’s not crowded is right when it opens. The equipment they have is also extremely limited, so this is not a good gym if you have specific workouts planned like myself. Their equipment will also break down fairly regularly and they take weeks to months to fix them. For example, they have three cable machines, two of which were down for about 2-3 months until recently. The water fountains in the pictures were broken for about 1-2 months. Their idea of a solution is to throw some buckets under the leaks until they spill over, then replace them with some new buckets instead of actually fixing them. For what I was paying and how many people go there, I find it hard to believe they can’t hire someone to fix something like that relatively fast. There are a couple early morning staff members that I liked, but a good amount of them will sit around and blast their own music or workout while they’re on the clock instead of maintaining the gym. I usually didn’t go at nights, but the one of the last times I did, the closing staff member asked the remaining guests to leave 30 minutes before they actually closed so they can “prep for closing”. I will gladly add an extra 10 minutes to my drive to go to their competitor that is twice the size and has more amenities for 1/3 of the price.

Tried to get a 3 days pass bc I’m dog sitting in the area but front office TJ said that would be “using them”. You could say I’m confused because I thought using the gym was the point of going. Terrible customer service and welcoming staff. Smells horrific really uncleanly.

Great location. I have been coming here for about three years and the staff are always friendly, nice, & the machines always work as intended.

The place is nasty just check out the hair all over the floor in the wet area. You may enjoy seeing bugs coming out of the drains.Even when you try to contact the district manager you get No reply.

Great gym, Donovan was very welcoming and helpful with getting me signed up for my membership and has done a great job as a personal trainer.

The overhead speakers are usually way too loud and tonight they brought a stand alone speaker so they could (staff) blast some jams for an added level of noise pollution. Nobody is coming to a fitness club to listen their music. Keep it down!

Prime example of getting what you pay for.The location is tough to beat for anyone in the highlands or wheat ridge areas but with a low monthly fee and no membership cap, it’s often crowded. Good problem for 24 not so much for us.I would try to avoid the hours after work as it tends to be the busiest.
