Excellent gym with clean facilities and friendly staff. Hours are a little restrictive but it is understandable due to staffing issues and lower than pre-pandemic membership.

Very clean facility, no need for locks or keys for your locker, excellent space with multiple areas to work out freestyle, within a group class, free weights area, modern equipment. Terrific locker rooms with steam and sauna, nice showers, towel service. Staff is very friendly, lots of open space and windows. Looking forward to the cafe re-opening. I have been a member now for over 6 months. Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates on my wish list.

Overpriced. Plenty of space for additional machines or squat racks but they decided to keep it as an open area for stretching or whatever other nonsense the trainers do on the wood floors.Cardio machines are wildly unpredictable as some start but don't move. Others make horrendous sounds when the belt is moving.Restrictive hours makes it almost mandatory for you to have another gym membership. Who closes the gym at 4pm on a weekend?

While this may be the best reasonably priced gym in downtown Denver, as there are like only 2-3 other gyms to choose from (the Y and Planet Fitness and I don't really consider those gyms), it has many FLAWS. So much so that if I had another choice within a 5 minute drive or walk I’d probably sign up there and quit this. The hours- Open till 7 on Friday and 4 on the weekends. The gym should be open till 9 PM Mon-Fri. And 6 or 7 PM on weekends. The Cardio Equipment- Frequently I run into treadmills in front of the tvs, though some don’t even start up. Or as I’m running just stop dead. I’ve said something to the front desk several times, but nothing changes. The TV’s – I love watching while running, but today ONLY 3 of like the 8 tv’s were working. The monthly rate- I get it where in a city and in the nicest part of Denver, but this gym isn’t worth $100+ a month especially with the nonsense above.See the pics below, especially of the treadmill that is supposed to be moving at a 10 minute mile yet not moving.

Everyone at the club was lovely. And our day was perfect because we were traveling and this was the perfect way to refresh. 1 star due to Alison. I wish words could express her rudeness. As i sat in their lobby which i asked if was ok with the other staff and she came over like a camp counselor and scolded us for sitting there twice. So incredibly rude. Will never come back here because of this. Wow purely awful. I wish zero stars were an option. Alison should never be allowed to work in hospitality. The least hospitable person probably in all of Colorado and i work in high end hospitality. I’m sorry to her team that has to work with her.

Lied about refunds during Covid. I cancelled my account then they claimed I still owed them money two months after cancelling. Which after explaining they still sent to collections. I paid because I didn't have the energy to take them to court.

Stuck in Denver on a layover and gave this place a shot…. Good variety of machines, true to their name, definitely more athletic club vibes than a golds gym. Nice facilities with large locker rooms, all the machines functioned well, employees were very welcoming. If I end up in the Denver area I wouldn’t hesitate getting a membership here.

CAC Union Station is one of the best gyms I've had a membership at. The equipment is new and clean and the staff is super friendly! They did a great job following Covid protocol and even before then - the gym itself is spotless. The sauna and steam room are fantastic amenities as well. Highly recommend this gym!

I had to cancel my membership due to the reduced hours during covid. The reduced hours have made it so the time I am not working, when I would go work out, The gym is closed. For example Friday evening they close at 7? Really? Even the 8pm before was too early! And on the weekends they close at 3? Why can’t you at least return to your normal hours now that the mask mandate is over and things are returning to normal? I would like to come back to the gym but can’t because the hours are so restrictive. I have called to ask about this many times and no one calls me back about this.
