Nice gym, great glasses, horrific management and billing. I had the exact same experience as other reviewers - good luck cancelling your membership if your needs ever change and expect to continue to get billed for months afterwards.

I would rate them higher, the facility, trainers, and classes are amazing. The management isn't terrible. I came to then with multiple billing issues, and they were just so helpless. Same with pretty much any issues, management stinks.

A clean facility with access to all the equipment you'll need, paired with areas to host a myriad of classes. A few "showtimes" (guys who rack something up only to hover around it for 15 minutes) prevent you from getting to the exact machine you want but nothing you can't work around.

Everyone on the staff is super helpful. I was just visiting Denver and Joe took a lot of his time to show me around. I highly recommend this gym.

I'm confused by all the negative reviews. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! It is busy during the rush but I've never been a member of a good gym that isn't busy during peak hours, which usually makes me think that this is a good place to be. Even with it being busy it is the cleanest gym I've ever been too, which for me is the most important thing I look for. The staff is really friendly. I wish there were more mirrors, but the trade off is the great views and natural light. I've taken a few of the Peak Classes with Matt and Patricia, they are an awesome workout. Would recommend this gym and the classes.Locker rooms are great, always clean, have towels, and some really nice amenities.

I joined Colorado Athletic Club almost a year ago. I love the cleanliness of the club and the great classes. I started taking the HRT classes which is a great workout in 45 minutes. I knew I needed something a little more to motivate myself- that is where I met trainer Patricia. I have been training with her since April and I couldn’t be happier! She has pushed me and motivated me when I needed it the most! She is an incredible trainer and extremely knowledgeable; I look forward to training with her every week. I would highly recommend Patricia as your next trainer to help challenge you, and reach your fitness goals!

Joined the club last year because it's super-convenient based on my work location. It can be pretty crowded at times, and the squat platforms are seldom available, but the gym has already committed to adding another platform in the next few months. There are a few things missing (seated calves, jumpropes), but overall a very nice gym. The yoga classes are great, and I've enjoyed the other classes I've attended but the times are not a great fit for me personally. A few of the PTs are annoying and condescending, but most are nice. Lashaw and Steve are standouts, as I've been very impressed with their knowledge and friendly demeanor. My only real complaint as a 40-something old guy is that the music selection is horrendous (think tween girl sleepover in the gym combined with rave/club in the locker room), and to make it worse, plays at least two clicks louder than necessary. My ears ring after workouts because I have to turn my music up so loud to drown out the awfulness. A minor complaint for a great club in a perfect location.Update: Changing review from 4 stars to 5. Not one to believe in coincidences, the music in the Men's locker room magically changed to classic (read oldies) rock and the volume went down a few notches. Absolutely love that the gym actually listens to user suggestions, regardless of whether they should be listened to or not. Spent tens of years lamenting 24 hr fitness' lack of customer service and broken equipment, so CAC's reception to feedback couldn't be more appreciated. Well done!Update #2: Adding another squat/olympic rack in September based on customer feedback! Thanks for listening to your customers!

Great club! New facilities, clean, and the best is that you can work out at your own pace. If you want a trainer or join a class, you can but you don't have to. I have been a member for 9 months and I work out when I want as I want without any complaints. Love this place and have made many friends from other members and staff.

Initially didn’t love this gym when compared to larger CACs. However after a year and a half here, it’s now one of my favorite gyms and places to be. Most of the staff are super friendly, they’re constantly working to improve and bring in more equipment and classes, and it’s kept clean and well-maintained.

The staff is rude! Parking is hard with construction. What makes this even worse is that they tout themselves as, "the Equinox of Denver." It is no where close! A couple of the trainers, if they are still there are good, but most are not. Finally, they never remove you from their marketing email list when you do leave, even if you do unsubscribe 100 times. Despite going to a CAC while I was growing up, I will never join another CAC again based on the experience at Union Station.I ended up moving to a much humbler climbing gym in Denver: the classes are better and the staff is far friendlier.
