CAC Union Station is one of the best gyms I've had a membership at. The equipment is new and clean and the staff is super friendly! They did a great job following Covid protocol and even before then - the gym itself is spotless. The sauna and steam room are fantastic amenities as well. Highly recommend this gym!

This place is great! Super clean, hyper fit environment, awesome classes, and, best of all, phenomenal customer service. Madison, Joe, and Bruce in particular were super helpful. If you want to get a great workout, totally transform your body, and be part of a focused and fun fitness culture, then this is the place for you!

Terrible billing and customer service. As with other reviewers, I tried to cancel my membership and continued to be billed for months after. I sent email after email and was continually ignored. It's incredibly easy to sign up but horrible to cancel...such a scam. Stay away.

This place and the employees are fine. What is horrible is dealing with their management, finance team and any sense of customer service.I canceled my membership with them in person in September and also reminded them by phone/email when they asked for payments months later. It seems they lost my cancellation request and, although I never used the club after the day I cancelled, they then kept charging me, month after month. When I reminded them that I had cancelled and would not pay more than the last month, Ginger, Fred and the Wellbridge (the owners of CAC) team stubbornly refused to accept their company's mistake and offer a sensible resolution. They then sent the trumped up bill to collections, which I'm fighting and will easily win.The fact that they treat legitimate customers like this is appalling. It is horrendous customer service and shows complete lack of respect for clients. It's a waste of my time, but I'm willing to do it to ensure this doesn't happen to future potential clients (who will now hopefully go to a different gym). Read through all the other reviews detailing a similar story. It's pretty effed up.CAC/Wellbridge team - get it together.

Found out the hard way this is the type of gym that makes it impossible to cancel, and will bill you out of the blue months later for a membership that you canceled. I cancelled my month to month membership over the phone, never set foot in the place again,...only to get a collections bill for a huge sum, MONTHS later during the week CO-VID 19 had shut down gyms (making it conveniently impossible for me to reach the gym directly to dispute this.) DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

Nice gym and location, but very over priced and terrible customer service. Tried cancelling membership with 24 days notice, but will be billed an additional month due to fine print on contract. Plenty of other gyms downtown that are just as nice and cheaper.EDIT: Turns out they DID NOT cancel my membership after all and have been billing me for the last 4 months without my knowledge and even have the nerve to add late fees on top of it all! The club and billing department are completely separate entities, which makes reconciling this issue nearly impossible (exactly what they want). The billing group (Wellbridge) has been incredibly hostile and unwilling to put in any effort to see the issue be resolved. They continue to demand that I pay for several months of membership/late fees I do not owe.To top this all off, I received emails from the marketing departing asking to "Earn back my membership", all while they claim I am still a member! They are intentionally trying to confuse customers into believing they cancelled their membership. This is a SCAM. Stay away!EDIT 2: Issue was finally resolved after weeks of back and forth and my accounts payable was fixed. Thank you Joe for working with me on this issue.

Do not ever forget anything in this club because if you do you will never see it again. I have been a member since the begenning, left three items there, some very nice, never to be seen again. I believe lost and found is basically a place where employees go shopping.

I would rate them higher, the facility, trainers, and classes are amazing. The management isn't terrible. I came to then with multiple billing issues, and they were just so helpless. Same with pretty much any issues, management stinks.

A clean facility with access to all the equipment you'll need, paired with areas to host a myriad of classes. A few "showtimes" (guys who rack something up only to hover around it for 15 minutes) prevent you from getting to the exact machine you want but nothing you can't work around.

Nice gym, great glasses, horrific management and billing. I had the exact same experience as other reviewers - good luck cancelling your membership if your needs ever change and expect to continue to get billed for months afterwards.
